Worst service, I purchased a pc in Feb and they gave me faulty machine since July my pc is taking rest in their showroom. No solution yet

Parts are okay but the service is really bad. I have called them up multiple times just to ask for a copy of bill and I have still not received the bill. Whenever I call the guy, he says he'll send me the bill in 5 minutes but I have not received the bill after 10 days. Also, I called them up to enquire about the price of NZXT Kraken X53 and they failed to even tell me if they have it or not. It's been 15 days since I asked for the AIO and I had to remind the person multiple times about my requests but all in vain. So, better choose another shop that's more reliable as Generation NXT also doesn't offer any lucrative price on products. Trust me, the service is one of the worst that you can imagine. If they are not able to fetch a bill from their database in 10 days, I wonder what would they do in case of a component failure. I am giving 1 star only because the parts haven't failed on me.
Also, if you go in their store, they'll act all friendly because obviously they have to sell their products. So, I can understand why other reviewers mention good staff but the problem starts after you purchase the products.

SHOP OF DEFECTIVE HARDWARE PARTS

I purchased a system in october and I am getting problem from the day one. It automatically shutdown after some time. they didn't bother to detect the problem by changing alternate hardware. they gave my system parts to gigabyte service center (after wasting my lots of time waiting in vain so the service center is about to close).after that day I called service center and they told they didn't found any problem with the hardware(I didn know if they are telling truth). But and Power supply was in doubt I demanded in higher power watt at the time of purchase but they had not any stock of that and they recommended me the low watt will work I asked if this did not take load will you replace, they said it will work. Now I asked them to upgrade my PSU but they are asking me to buy a new one. Even I don't know which part is faulty. and they are not in the mood of test the PC with a higher power supply or changing the RAM etc. They are seemed just to sell the parts so I can test I find out witch part is faulty.

Even am not able to sell this faulty 2 months old system on OLX

IST A COMPLETLY FRAUD SHOP DONT BUT ANY PRODUCT FORM THEM AND IM SURE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY AFTERSALE SERVICE AND GIVE YOU FAULTY PARTS.

Best shop to build your new pc. I got my gaming pc with rtx2080 from gigabyte gen next shop and they have the best prices available. If you are thinking of buying a pc then don't go anywhere else in Nehru place but straight to Gigabyte as they will give you the best suggestions with very agressive pricing.

I am a regular visitor here...and have been for the last 2 yrs...i always buy products from this place and the staff here is the one thing that u will not find anywhere else...they deserve a promotion.. lol...they have all the products u could ask for atleast in india...so just go there...awsome place
