Parts are okay but the service is really bad. I have called them up multiple times just to ask for a copy of bill and I have still not received the bill. Whenever I call the guy, he says he'll send me the bill in 5 minutes but I have not received the bill after 10 days. Also, I called them up to enquire about the price of NZXT Kraken X53 and they failed to even tell me if they have it or not. It's been 15 days since I asked for the AIO and I had to remind the person multiple times about my requests but all in vain. So, better choose another shop that's more reliable as Generation NXT also doesn't offer any lucrative price on products. Trust me, the service is one of the worst that you can imagine. If they are not able to fetch a bill from their database in 10 days, I wonder what would they do in case of a component failure. I am giving 1 star only because the parts haven't failed on me.
Also, if you go in their store, they'll act all friendly because obviously they have to sell their products. So, I can understand why other reviewers mention good staff but the problem starts after you purchase the products.
