I purchased a system in october and I am getting problem from the day one. It automatically shutdown after some time. they didn't bother to detect the problem by changing alternate hardware. they gave my system parts to gigabyte service center (after wasting my lots of time waiting in vain so the service center is about to close).after that day I called service center and they told they didn't found any problem with the hardware(I didn know if they are telling truth). But and Power supply was in doubt I demanded in higher power watt at the time of purchase but they had not any stock of that and they recommended me the low watt will work I asked if this did not take load will you replace, they said it will work. Now I asked them to upgrade my PSU but they are asking me to buy a new one. Even I don't know which part is faulty. and they are not in the mood of test the PC with a higher power supply or changing the RAM etc. They are seemed just to sell the parts so I can test I find out witch part is faulty.

Even am not able to sell this faulty 2 months old system on OLX

IST A COMPLETLY FRAUD SHOP DONT BUT ANY PRODUCT FORM THEM AND IM SURE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY AFTERSALE SERVICE AND GIVE YOU FAULTY PARTS.
