Elevator broken for years. Management said it would be fixed in February. They did not specify in which year or decade. Even the President of Regus France recognized it was a ridiculous situation and promised to fix it. Nothing is done. Air Conditioning regularly not working. "The technician is coming". It is a joke... No hot water in bathroom. They changed the paper distributors a few months ago in the bathroom, yet they are not working. Employees are nice but there is a high turnover in them.

Since 10 years we are customers and for more than a year the telephone secretariat has become a disaster! Operators who hang on to our customers, who speak badly to them, who do not answer, who sends emails with the wrong phone numbers of customers that you are supposed to call back ... which is very detrimental ... of as far as their services are in the high range of the market! Obviously the commercial gestures do not touch them 1 second the spirit ... the worst is when you want to cancel the contract ... ultra abusive clauses or they announce you a delay of 12 months to terminate ...
