My company's cardboard boxes are manufactured at this plant. Over the years, we have only received high quality, well made products. Lee Watford is our customer service representative and she has been exceptional in coordinating our weekly deliveries, tracking purchase orders and answering questions for us. Our warehouse is small, so GPC only delivers what we will need the following week to help us manage space. Our invoices are always correct and are delivered by Jakelin in a timely manner. Overall, we have only had positive experiences with this division of GPC.
