Very rude staff. Stood a good few minutes completely ignored.

Just placed an order for some paint during the lockdown and the service couldn't have bee more helpful and easy. Fab!

This is a perfect shop to choose quality items for your home and d.i.y. needs . Furniture has quality ,style and design to interest the modern homemaker. Tools, ironmongery and paint department for the tradesman and d.i.y.enthusiast, electrical items ,washing machines fridge freezers,fires, stoves, jacuzzi's and garden furniture.So much to see and competitive prices.

Bought a digital lock a year ago which is now faulty. A new one was ordered on the 4th October. Today is the 20th November and still no sign of any lock and no explanation from Des Brady even though several emails over the last weeks. Useless!

The staff are very friendly and helpful even if you are just looking they always ask if you are ok if you see something you like they will let you know how long it takes to get here.

Great shop, Just what we needed from friendly efficient staff, we love this place, a hidden gem

All the staff inside the shop were lovely and helpful, however got verbally attacked at by (what looked like) a staff member in the car park holding a clipboard as my passenger got out to go to work/into town. He shouted at me to move the car assuming I wasn't a customer. Maybe this was because I didn't look like their 'regular' demographic, neverless I felt upset and annoyed. If I hadn't required the products I went on to buy so urgently, I would have left and got them from elsewhere.
Not a nice to be treated!

Rarely have I been ignored in a store. A few good long serving members of staff, otherwise a dire experience, and over priced at that. Mind, if you really want to be treated with utter ignorance then visit the store down at Collette.

Good for tools, paints, and furniture. Appliances are a little expensive but good quality.

Great shopping experience. Romerils had what I was looking for when B&Q didn't.

Good DIY store. Large selection of home improvement available

Quality hot Tubs , best even seen , well worth a visit , also nice BBQ range and outdoor furniture.

Romerils as always was a pleasure to visit.
Careme in the Bathroom Dept is always very helpful.
