Very friendly staff that were not pushy. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Will be buying our next BMW from Gebhardt.
First time I took the car in for service, they were very prompt and thorough. This time I had to call to check up on the status. When the car was returned, the toll tag I had left in the console was missing and no one could find it so I had to cancel and get a new toll tag. Also, they "washed" the car but didn't do a very thorough job. The wheel wells were still dirty, the finish was spotty and the inside had not been vacuumed out.
I had a wonderful experience with my recent purchase. Mariah Hittle was very helpful. With this being the first bmw purchase I needed a lot help to understand how to navigate my new car and she was very polite and knowledgeable which made it easy for me to learn everything.

I came in for a complete detail on my 2013 328xi BMW. The Gebhardt Detail team did a superb job in the interior and exterior of my car! My car never looked so new and amazingly clean! Thank you again for giving me a GREAT detail!
After years of going to Gebhardt for service, I bought a car March '17, I actually wound up having several issues with the car that weren't caught in their original inspection and some miscommunication, however after escalating Gebhardt management did take steps to remedy the issues and offered some compensation for my inconvenience. So all in all in was a pretty good experience. I'm inclined to think most people have a better experience, but I did have a few glitches. In particular, Mariah from the Genius desk is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting introduced to the features in your car.
I was very pleased with the entire cast of actors who brilliantly portrayed Gebhardt BMW's service department. The three I was in contact with was Dave, Laura and Rafael. I spoke briefly with Carol as we were passing in the doorway. Thank you all for the attentiveness and excellent service.

This was my first visit to Gebhardt BMW, and Service Advisor Joel Ortiz did a great job facilitating with the service technician the few things my BMW 530i needed during it's day in the shop last week. My BMW's front end had just been repaired by a 3rd-party body shop after an icy accident, and the service tech was made aware of it and did a thorough inspection of the car to ensure that everything was in proper working order after the accident. My BMW's back to great shape after the accident, and I appreciate the assurance from Gebhardt BMW that it's in great working order, too. Keep up the good work, Gebhardt BMW! Your service was great!

I used to have my car serviced by Schomp BMW in highlands ranch and their service was great. My car never had any problems. I moved up to the Broomfield area two years ago and I've started to have my car serviced by Gebhardt. My car has started to have multiple problems related to each area Gebhardt has serviced. I had the coolant flushed and a week after that my car over heated and broke down on I25. Gebhardt said it wasn't their fault and it was just coincidence. It's been a few weeks after that and now I'm low on oil. Yup, they also changed my oil and put in new spark plugs. I'm sure they're say it's nothing to do with what they've done. Just seems odd that my car has ran reliably with no issues for years and as soon as I start servicing my car with Gebhardt it starts having issues with everything they've touched.
I've dealt with several BMW dealerships in my almost 20 years of owning BMW's. I've come to always expect a high level of service from BMW dealerships, but I'm happy to say that Gebhardt shines even above this standard. The sales process was quick and painless with Joe Scandaliato, and the service department has been really great to work with on the couple of visits I've had since buying the car a couple months ago. My wife, who usually hates car shops and mechanics, actually enjoys taking the car there. Only other feedback I have is that Gebhardt needs to get a larger service center - having to wait sometimes weeks for a service appointment is a real drag. UPDATE: 3/22/16 - No more service appt. delays, got my service within a week. Continued excellent service, this last time with Joel.

In 2004, I bought a 1997 BMW 328i. It was basically like new @ 22k
miles, and over the past ten years I've taken it to Gebhartdt for
service, and always gotten such respect even though it (now) is a 17
year old car. Joel, specifically, in service department, is really
honest and always gives me advice based on the long term picture. His
advice paid off because my car is in mint condition.
Recently I ran my car in for service and caught sight of a new BMW
style on the lot. I met Mike Gebhardt and we hit it off. Over the
course of six weeks, we stayed in touch and today I bought that car.
Mike is truly the reason for the deal... he is trustworthy, relaxed
and never put pressure on me to do anything but what is right for my
life. Also, he completely respected my little 1997 BMW and never made
me feel like I SHOULD sell it. As I was figuring out the numbers, we
talked about how in the end, a car really is just a material
possession and it comes down to knowing what you need and want. In
other words, he gave me permission to walk away at any time, instead
of trying to convince me of how great this car is.
I'm THRILLED with my new purchase and being able to patiently take
time and buy when I was ready made all the difference in the world!

I just had the most amazing experience dealing with Kory, Brandon and Tim at Gebhardt! Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do and they did a terrific job and went above and beyond to make it an easy and enjoyable process. Kory was very open to communicating through email - he was responsive and clear and we basically worked through the deal before I even went to the dealership. I had a pretty good idea of what I could expect and there were no surprises when I arrived. Brandon and Tim completed the transaction at the dealership and were awesome - they went above and beyond and stayed well past closing to do so! The service team lied to both of us about storing the car indoors during a recent storm. The car was returned with significant hail damage (which they didn t even mention) and scratches and grease stains after washing . We understand hail storms are out of their control, but the dismissive tone they took in dealing with my wife around both the damage and increase in price from the initial estimate made her feel uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. We won t be returning.

Worst experience ever. Only reason i gave one star is because I could not give a ZERO. Bought used certified pre owned in Feb 2017. Since then, the car has been in the shop almost on a monthly basis for an average of a week each time. First issue, brought the car home (after just buying it) and noticed a dog toy under seat and coins and bobby pins in broken front DC adapter. The adapter also came right out of molding. Second, multiple issues with the passenger seat belt warning light coming on. Upon picking the vehicle up after the second servicing, noticed grease and dried blood on seat. Then, on another occasion leaving service dept. with the loaner, I receive a phone call asking if they can bring me a different car because the loaner was actually a sold vehicle. Now just had it in for the third time for the same seat belt issue and got my car back with grease stains on top of passenger seat and on the panels by the windshield.
If I remember correctly BMW is supposed to be a luxury car dealership. Buying a certified pre owned car from Gebhardt BMW was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.
The service department is lazy and does not help at all. All these reviews are fake and done to boost their image.
I purchased my 335xi Msport from Kory Rodemich. My ENTIRE experience working with him was beyond wonderful!! Kory is kind and patient and understood my expectations. I will buy all of my cars in the future from him. He is more than just a "car salesman". I find all of the people working in the service department to be kind and understanding and I feel welcome when I walk in the door. Billy is a wonderful person who goes above and beyond. I would recommend any friends who are looking for a BMW to Kory in a heartbeat.

These guys are great, at least the service department. I haven't had a chance yet to visit with the sales side but that will change. Will in the service department took great care of me when I brought my new to me 335 IN FOR SOME WORK. He had a loaner at up for me and all the work was done in basically a day. He made sure I knew what had happening at all times and answered all my questions. The whole staff was great. I'll still change my own oil but they get everything else.

I recently bought a user 328xi wagon from Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. I worked with Greg and Kory on the purchase of the car, both of whom were excellent to work with. They were very patient and not at all pushy towards any particular deal. When I finally found the car I wanted, I was able to purchase the vehicle in about an hour (compared to 4-6 hours at other dealers), and there were no pressure tactics to sell additional warrantees, etc. They offered these things, but also gave me constructive feedback on whether they really made sense for me based on the car and how much I drive it. Great buying experience.
A week later, the water pump in the car unexpectedly went out. I verified with other mechanics that there was no way Gebhardt could have known it was going to go out soon, but it was still a $1400 repair in the first week. I contacted Adam, the used car sales manager, to see if there was anything the could do and they were so concerned that I had a positive buying experience that they refunded the full amount of the repair to me. I know they didn't legally have to do that, so call me impressed.
I already own 2 BMWs and this experience guaranteed that I will be buying my future BMWs from Gebhardt. Truly impressive dealership.

Went in on a Saturday morning to test drive and potentially buy an X1 or X3. Met with Justin who was extremely condescending, took phone calls and was texting during our conversation, wouldn't answer my questions about the vehicles and mid-sentence just got up and walked away from me. Ended up not test driving anything and leaving very disappointed.

I put a deposit down to purchase a new BMW and then asked for a test drive. When I showed up for the test drive, I was told that the car was no longer available. No call, no apology. I got my deposit back immediately and went to Winslow BMW in Colorado Springs to purchase the car. A couple months later, I received a call from the "new new car manager" that my car was ready for pickup. I left a message for the GM, but he couldn't be bothered to call back and asked the new car manager to call. A truly unbelievable experience. I would avoid this dealership. Purchase your car elsewhere.

I placed my order back in July and Gregg kept me updated on the status of my car. He was very direct while we were negotiating the price and they offered a good value for the car that I was trading in.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience and would definitely recommend working with Gregg.

These guys are aweful. Their sales guys are pushy. Their maintenance is ferociously expensive. Your pretty much guaranteed that they will present the most expensive possible option to solve your problem. I have yet to have a good experience with them. I sold my beemer, and will NEVER interact with them again..

Came in for Warranty/recall services. Prior to coming in I had my family Mecanic look at my car to be on the safe side for repairs being I was coming to a dealership I ve heard things about them hiking up prices and saying things were wrong with your car when there is nothing wrong. So with that being said he did say I had a misfire on cylinder 5. That did come up. But I m when I brought my vehicle I never, might I say never had smoke coming from my AC/Heater not once! And no I go to turn on my AC/heater and it s smokes!!!! The kid did say it would smoke so he gave me a fair warning so to speak. I d like what ever your guys did to my vehicle to fix it !! I have paper work from my mechanic whom works on foreign vehicle s Mercedes, BMW, sabb, VW and all of the above. He did and extensive check on my car after and now. Wow I have more then 5,000$ dollars according to there invoice that s needs to be fixed! I do have all my paper work from my mechanic and as well my paper work from which your worker left in my car with the sleeve as well! Which shows what needed to be done to my before and which shows all the other things that now need to be done! I d appreciate it if some one can get back to me and address this issue before my car becomes messed up & or broke down. God forbid but I will hold you accountable for the work on my vehicle. This is my daily driver so I d definitely appreciate it. I ll return your sleeve and the paper work your worker left in my car for your records as well I d imagine they been looking for them. I have all the names of the people of touched my car on them and the service supervisors name on it as well Banks so let s get this fixed and done properly and not yank my chain for 5,000$ that s petty and low. Money ain t the issues it s the principle I came in for recall services not a complete make over on my engine head!!!

Meh. I have had good and bad experiences there. It used to be bad, but they had turned it around for a while.
Today I went in for the regular service interval inspection. I also requested the Freon be recharged and the license plate bulb replaced when I scheduled the appointment. After waiting for a bit longer than communicated, I was told that the car was just being washed and would be ready to go. They charged me for the inspection and told me I needed to replace brake pads that were just replaced in June (am I being scammed or did they just not do the work last time? They also failed to recharge the Freon or fix the light bulb, claiming that the service scheduling system does not talk to the system they work in. Huh? I needed to get somewhere so will have to reschedule the appointment, but they basically failed to perform any work. When I got my car - it was not washed. I didn't care about the wash, but don't tell me I had to wait longer because of the car wash and then give it back unwashed.
Too bad as I was about to trade the old car in for a new BMW. Guess I will be test driving some other vehicles.
On vacation at RMNP, and my X5M went into reduced power mode. Took the car in on Monday and informed them I needed the car repaired by noon Friday to check out of campsite. They diagnosed the issue on Tuesday as a bad filtered air duct which had just been replaced 6 weeks prior by BMW dealership, and a bad turbo sensor. They refused to honor the BMW 2yr/24 month warranty on replacement parts and charged me $712 for replacing the same part again in 2 months, even though it failed due to bad installation they claimed by a BMW dealer. By Friday the service adviser still had not even ordered the replacement turbo sensor (even after calling them daily to get on the ball), and said it wouldn't be available to be installed until next week Monday. As my vacation was over had to pick up the car to move my travel trailer out of my campsite. The car ran more poorly than when I brought it in, instantly going into limp mode (before I brought it in it would clear after restarting). Charged me again for the same repair, and didn't fix the car after 1 week in for service, even though the problem was caused by a failed turbo pressure sensor.
Top notch parts and service, year after year. You just can't get better. Really. If there's something they can do to improve I have yet to find it. I can't say enough good things about their parts department folks.
I always have the best service from GEBHARDT BMW. I have dealt with David Kuzinsky for years now - he has gone above and beyond to help me with decisions and never tried to force a sale on me.
I recently dealt with Mariah Hittle who took time and patience to show me the finer workings of my wonderful BMW - she was patient and excellent at the tecnical aspects of the car.

Scheduled an appointment and when I came in they said they were super busy and needed the car for a whole weekend...for an oil change...with an appointment. Wish they would have called me to try to reschedule or inform me that they would need the car for the weekend. They weren t at all apologetic and seemed to imply that it was my fault and I should have expected this. I have been in here 3-4 times for service and they never have loaner cars either. Usually they are pretty cool at least but the last 2 guys I have talked to (could be the same guy) have been very short with me and have had a rude tone. They can t hear me on talking on the phone even though their reception person was able to hear me fine. They just seem happy to get rid of me.
I suppose dealerships in Boulder are somewhat notorious for having poor service but I hate feeling like I m doing something wrong and that they really don t care about me or want my business.

I used to come to this dealership in the past but, after a few bad experiences I decided to take my business put to Co's BMW. However, I will definitely be coming back here again after my experience there today. I woke up this morning to a bad battery and needed to get in to somewhere ASAP. Gebhardt is the closest to me and I called them first to see if they could help me. Although not in service, I got connected with Nela who was very helpful and communicated the issues I was having to the service department for me. She informed me that they could take me as soon as I could get to Boulder! Upon arriving she met me outside to introduce me to Brian in service, who would help be taking care of me today! He sat me down to clarify the issues I was having with my car and rest assured my problems would be taken care of today. My car was serviced rather quickly, which I was very pleased with and it was also done at a very fair price for a dealership! In addition to taking care of the issue at hand, Brian took the time to also sit me down with me and go over the future maintenance my car would need, as well as when I should plan to do it! Needless to say, both Brian and Nela went above and beyond to make my expectations and made my experience with Gebhardt BMW exceptional and I will definitely be coming back for any of my future BMW needs.

Very nice and professional dealer. They did not try to nickel and dime us like the Toyota dealer. If you have the money and are interested in a BMW then this is the place to go. Oh and if you like snacks and coffee while you look at nice cars this is the place to be.
I was a lifelong customer and a lifelong VW owner. I have purchased 4 vehicles from gebhardt VW and have owned close to 40 Volkswagens. I have had problems with service department, sales, and management. I will not shop at this dealership and I will not service my vehicles there. I cannot recommend Gebhardt.
