The service team lied to both of us about storing the car indoors during a recent storm. The car was returned with significant hail damage (which they didn t even mention) and scratches and grease stains after washing . We understand hail storms are out of their control, but the dismissive tone they took in dealing with my wife around both the damage and increase in price from the initial estimate made her feel uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. We won t be returning.
