I trust gbs for my IT needs I am enjoying their support for last 20 years hat's of to their hard work to retain their name in IT industry

If you don't know about system config.,
Defenitly they will cheat you (especially Rajkumar).[Tambaram Sanatorium]
During purchase they will say we will provide offers, I think cheating is a offer.

I was ordered Inspiron 15 3584 below config.,
i3-7th GEN
4 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
*# 2 GB AMD GRAPHICS #*
Dell Bag
Dell Mouse

But, They delivered lower config.,
i3-7th GEN
4 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
*# INTEL GRAPHICS #*
*# Dell Bag (Very wrost) #*
*# Lenovo Mouse (For Dell Laptop, Why Lenovo Mouse?) #*

I'm have bad experience in desktop service... For small repair they recommend for motherboard service and charge me 2500... But motherboard in warranty period they didn't mentioned me.

DELL G3 Laptop was purchased on 7-May-20 for 74500/- . within 10days Motherboard gone faulty .Got it replaced thro DELL service center. And now within 3months Panel got faulty. Have approached GBS , KKnagar for suppprt, they are reluctant and asked me to contact DELL technical Support only. Dell support team doesn't seems to understand the seriousness and they are taking their own time .Even now Laptop is not rectified. Pl do not purchase any product at this store

My laptop had a lot of issues at once, battery problems plus the screen was not working. After visiting a lot of places, GBS STORE was my last resort. Along with perfect hardware repair, I also got excellent software advice and updates. Everything at a reasonable price. GBS is the only solution for all your Laptop problems.

Worst service experience I ever had. The lady in the reception has incomplete knowledge. Replaced RAM and battery recently. They don't give warranty from company. They will install third quality products and give their own guaranty. Don't go there and loose your money.

Location is completely wrong. It is on the opposite side of the road. Couple of months before i went for RAM upgrade in GBS systems service. The cost was more than double the market price. I never thought, they will do this. I found another customer was raising similar question for Hard disk replacement.

Store location are easy to reach. Running with well Trained staffs.

Their product quality is not good. My laptop runs only if plugged in. So I purchased a laptop battery for something like 4K from GBS. Within one month, it stopped working. Bad service.

The whole experience has been great, and the communication from the GBS team throughout the purchase has been fantastic. I will be telling my friends that they can buy in complete confidence.

They will assure you that they will give you original windows, but they will install windows which is not genuine, then the laptop will give some issues while working... they have very poor customer service too...

Very poor, bought dell laptop....which has the Os compatibility issue with the hardware... reported the issue in 2 days of buying the product but the dell dealer is least bothered about it...not sure why such products are sold, a better option should be suggested by the dealer. Really feel as if we are cheated....

Genuine place for trustable laptop works. The way they inform about the issue and the progress of the work also seems to be reasonable.

the employees should have more technical knowledge to give precise cost rather than assuming. and few works could be done easily will take more days to charge you triple of the cost i believe. looking for a genuine supplier still.

I called to customer support through over the phone they explained me the problem which i faced, that customer support person have well knowledge in technically i think.. Price also with in my budget... Overall am very satisfied.. Thanks to GBS

guyz the service is fast but "dont trust them the price they quote is too high" i gave them my laptop and they said they have to replace power IC for that they charged 3200Rs but in other service center they asked only 2000 and in richie street they asked only 1000 for replacing the IC,and "after few days i got call from GBS they said they will replace the IC for 2500rs so dont get fooled"

Worst service. Don't give your laptop and get locked like me. More people from sub urban coming and wasting their money, time here People are not reliable. Highly disappointed. Be careful.

Really really very worst show room I had ever seen. There oly intention is to make us to buy laptop. Once it's done they won't even respond properly if any prob arise. The oly genuine person in that show room is Moorthy GM who solved my prob. One of the worst person I had seen in that show room is the store manager Charles. Guys if u ever need the better service even after buying lap I don't ever prefer this show room.. Plz try some better than this.. If there is star in minus I would have given that.

Had a nice experience here great place for dell laptop's lover

My lenova T420 14" screen was not working. I took it to GBS. For screen replacement they told will cost Rs 5,500 + GST. (LG LCD screen) Then they told will do best price and for Rs 5,500 they finished the job. No warrenty(reason they told they did best price) But when i enquired in ritchie street for screen replacement they charge from Rs 2300 to Rs 3000 with 3 months warrenty. Conclusion : they take double price for any laptop accessories. Not price friendly

Pathetic service. They charge too much and start making changes to your system without your consent. Never leave your laptop with them.

few days Back i went to gbs systems k.k nagar for inquiring the laptop,they preferred me omr gbs systems(lenovo exclusive ) kandanchavadi,they helped me to choose good laptop,omr lenovo exclusive store is one of the biggest store in chennai,they have all models in live demo

Good place for laptops but they will never provide you a free service for any product it is a paid service center so better go to regenrsis near central there repairs are free but for buying laptop it's a good place located near ramapuram and both lenovo and dell showrooms are near as well as hp and acer are also near by make sure to check those too....

Rates are very high if u purchase laptops in GBS..the difference between other Dell dealers and GBS is more than RS.3000.Please dont buy laptops from GBS.Too greedy people.i bought i7 5584 from GBS for 81,000 and my friends bought the same laptop from Devaraj computers for 78,000 and too with good assecceries in place.
I really dont understand why Dell is encouraging such a huge price difference within the dealers..it is a kind of cheating customers from GBS..they will pay for it in some day for sure..

Went to their Service Center. They are not the Authorised Service Center. The Authorised Service Center is opposite to Lakshman Shruthi, Ashok Nagar.

You can somehow park your car in this above than average wider road along the kerb. And the location too is easy to locate, they have their Sales Showroom downstairs and for the Service Center you have to take a side stairs.

The People at the a Service Center have a no nonsensical approach and tell you whether they can do it or not. They give you the decent cost that is mostly the market price and the lead time. Pretty much straight forward with their facts and the source of the product.

Happy with the way I was handled at the reception. Would recommend to others
