I had my dad's coin collection that had been sitting for years and when my Mom passed I inherited her jewelry. I went to what I thought to be the gold and silver exchanges around town and when I met Kris the first time with the coins, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and could trust him. I didn't tell him about my mother's jewelry until I took it around town and had it appraised. I went back and ended up selling the jewelry collection as well. I'm glad to know that there is still upstanding trustworthy people left in town. Thank you Kris for having such integrity.

Really nice customer service although I had to wonder around a little bit before someone could help me. They're pretty fair and will take just about any form of your precious metals.
No Idea HOW they do business-- but I tried... Went there @ 11:30am... Place was dark... Rang the "Ring Doorbell"..... no response.... called the number... no special message, just they would call me back.. waited 30 minutes in the lobby... 24 hrs + later.. still no response... So maybe he died, or is in jail... Who knows-- he left no clue as to what to do with his business during business hours.... Went somewhere else were they RUN THEIR BUSINESS.... " You never get a second chance at a FIRST IMPRESSION"... if you insist on attempting to do business with him/ them-- call first... I was stupid and drove there.... Good Luck!
