Best restaurant meal I've had in a while! Each entree we ordered had original and bold flavors. Good spices on the fries with what looked to be a house made sweet chunky ketchup. The burger was absolutely perfect, juicy but not sloppy. If you don't like spicy, skip the red sauce decorating the plates, but if you do, it has a flavorful kick! Pork sandwich with great thyme flavor...I could go on and on!

The food was good. 3 reasons why it gets a 3. First, somewhat underseasoned, I love when I go somewhere and never have to pick up a salt/pepper shaker. The chicken was well seasoned, I think the gravy was lacking. Second it didnt seem like I got a whole biscuit, if I did, their biscuits are very thin. Lastly, not please to see a ton of lint in the bottom of my glass of water. I can only assume I drank a bunch in my OJ as well. I think it's great to hand dry your glasses, just do it with a lint free cloth.

Where do I begin? Waitstaff was utterly incompetent. No sense of time/urgency. Had to force our appetizer order on our waitress. 45 min later she remembered we were her table and decided to take our order. Bar staff had absolutely ZERO knowledge about their cocktails and spirits inventory. As long as it took to pour a glass of wine, I wouldn t have been surprised to hear they were fermenting it behind the bar. Food was cold but by that point we weren t surprised. The biggest surprise of the night was hearing the chef have a meltdown in the kitchen. Save your money and your time and hit the nearest drive-thru

This place was good overall. I felt that the food was really good but the choices were a bit limited. They have a great liquor selection, good cocktails, and a good selection of beer. The atmosphere is nice and I look forward to coming back when the weather is nicer because their outdoor patio area looks great. Definitely a place worth trying if you're in Northside.

I was really disappointed with dinner at The Littlefield. After a decent wait, we were eventually seated. The bread was delicious but I feel should that should be included like most restaurants. the entrees were not very impressive at all. I got the smoked chicken thigh and drum. It just didn't have much smokey flavor, was kind of overcooked/mushy, and wasn't a good portion size to price ratio. The pulled pork was extremely salty and borderline inedible. However, the crab cake sandwich was very tasty.

It's overpriced. Portions are too small. Tofu scramble was bland. And they were out of 1 of the only 2 vegan options available, only an hour into opening. Probably won't be returning for brunch again.

We visited here before going to the bar across the street. There is a lot of outdoor seating, and indoor seating can get a little cramped. The atmosphere is very relaxed but it can get noisy when it starts to get packed and I could barely hear my bf. Service was prompt and efficient. We were seated straight away and our server paced really well to get our orders in.

The drinks are . At the suggestion of our server, I got Fleur de Bee because I'm not looking for anything too strong. It is very floral and sweet with a very slight kick. The edible Hibiscus flower was also delicious!!! It was basically like candy. Bf had Mad Anthony and it was smokey, smooth and strong but not overwhelming.

We got fries, chicken dumplings and burger. They are all great solid food. The fries came with smoked ketchup which is pretty interesting but the fries can definitely stand on their own.

Chicken Dumplings came with three generous dumplings under braised cabbage. Everything was well balanced with comforting exactly what I was looking for.

The bf's burger looked great and he was happy with it. I had a small bite and it had smokey meaty flavor but it was tad bit bland for me.

We shared the Bourbon Chocolate Brownie, and it was a great way to end the meal. It was moist, rich and very very chocolatey. No taste of Bourbon whatsoever though.

Overall, the place is great and I will most definitely be back!!

What a great spot. Food was fantastic (I smelled the special as soon as I walked in and it lived up to its beautiful aroma) and the special cocktail to support the local PTO was well worth it!

This place has one of the best bourbon and whiskey offerings I've ever seen. The back bar is gorgeous and nicely packed with unique and hard to find bottles. And they have Hudy on tap- i always appreciate a place that serves Hudy! Can't wait to go back.

Not one to complain much about local businesses. I did not know anything about this place other than the fact that they served pot pies. It is also a place that serves cocktails and bourbon. I've never been able to get over the hump and in to bourbon. that does not pertain to this review though.
we had four people all together and we were seated very quickly and the waitress was fine. we ordered three appetizers drinks and dinner. all served quickly.

the nut plate is actually a bag of nuts.
the pickled vegetables were a small cup of celery, radishes, and carrots that were not really pickled.
two of us has the ribs, which tasted OK. but they were tough and there were 2 ribs and some coleslaw. one person had a special pork loin, which was actually just a pork chop. it was tough as well.
another person got the pot pie, that's probably the safest bet and it was good.
the simple salad is probably the biggest joke on everyone. five or six bites of one type of baby lettuce and dressing. $6 for that, so $24 for 24 bites of lettuce. should have just added the vegetables to the salad from the not very pickled, pickled vegetables.

we had several rounds of bourbon and by the last round the serving decreased by half.
all in all, this place had a good feel to it and I liked the idea of the food. It seemed though, that people just have in to the idea rather than the reality. The food was not very good, it is massively over priced and the portions for the price were crazy.

some how this place is considered good. but, I doubt that it can last. reminds me of the scene in demolition man at the taco bell.

The drink flour de bee had an edible flower in it and it was delicious. The swordfish special was well balanced and was garnished with edible flowers. We will definitely be visiting again!

Terrible customer service. It wasn t busy and I stood at the bar for a long while before even being acknowledged. Then to top it off , They Closed my tab out with someone else then charged me again after they couldn t find it . So got double charged. The bartender did not handle it well at all. Called to talk to manager. Been a week and still haven t heard back. Had to call again. I understand accidents happen but the way the bartender handled it or I should say didn t handle it that night is NOT okay. Will not be returning.

I first started going there grudgingly because my bf likes bourbon and I'm not much of a drinker but have come to love, love, love the small plate offerings - especially the shrimp po' boy & roast pork plates. Can't speak to the quality of bourbon they offer but everyone I have ever gone with has never complained! Upstairs loft & porch are my favorite places.

I liked the vibe of this restaurant. Unfortunately they try to make every food item extremely complex which takes away from the food. Some items were good and others were too complex to be enjoyable.

had biscuit and gravy did not like at all my wife did not like her goetta sandwich either ,not a fan goetta was over cooked and dry service was lackluster . way over priced for the experience.

Service was great. Food was good and $ was okay but seemed like it was a bit pricy for what it is. They definitely need to clean the air vents in the dinning room. The sight of them was a bit off putting.

Great stuff! We went to brunch and delicious. They were running a French toast special with blueberry syrup. Super yummy! I had a side of bacon, served crisp, which is excellent. Limp bacon sucks. Great drink selection, beer and cocktails. They have wine, but I didn't look at the wine list. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Delightful place, a bourbon bar with lots of atmosphere. Great range of food for lunch with different and fun drinks. Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks with ginger beer and ginger based drinks featured. Not big but handled a full house with ease. Recommend, will come again when I can use their outdoor patio.

Fun place with a great cocktail and whisk(e)y menu, and top notch small plates. Among the best options for good food and good times in all of Northside. If you're looking for inventive food and drinks, just go here. The Shepherd's Pie was brilliant, and the ribs, on special during our visit, we're mong the best I've had outside of Texas or Memphis.
