DELL G3 Laptop was purchased on 7-May-20 for 74500...

DELL G3 Laptop was purchased on 7-May-20 for 74500/- . within 10days Motherboard gone faulty .Got it replaced thro DELL service center. And now within 3months Panel got faulty. Have approached GBS , KKnagar for suppprt, they are reluctant and asked me to contact DELL technical Support only. Dell support team doesn't seems to understand the seriousness and they are taking their own time .Even now Laptop is not rectified. Pl do not purchase any product at this store
