Been here 6 times over last 5 years. Love it. People, food, resort are all fantastic. Never had any big issues but confident if I did they would do all they could to fix it. Always felt safe in Puerto Vallarta around downtown area and lots to do through Vallarta Adventures. Will be back!

It is very nice and the staff is so accommodating! Definitely worth the stay.

So me and my wife just got here yesterday but not this resort but we might a awesome fun guy at the airport named Chris. He got us all set up with a tour at a extremely mind blowing beautiful resort which is this place. Then we meet the guy who gives us the tour who was named Steven. Cant say enough words about Steven besides he s one of the coolest guys I ve met dude is just awesome. Then Steven introduces us to Jason. And then Jason just blows us away completely with his customer service and just overall a awesome guy who knows his stuff. Steven and Jason are one of a kind dudes and I m not saying what they have done for us but I gotta say this place is already home to us and we re forever grateful. People that work here actually care about you and actually truly get to know you. It s a experience I ve never had and my life has been truly rough the past 5 years and this place made me forget about that all day. Thank you so much again and you guys will always have 2 people that will never stop talking about how amazing this place is but truly more about how amazing the people are. Also one more shout out to the manager Jeff that guy added the icing on the cake today that made us feel even more at home so thank you.

This place is romantic and secluded. Though it's great for couples, families can experience a wonderful time too.

We have stayed here twice in the last two years and have been impressed on both occasions. This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at (we have never gone ultra lavish on a vacation but this one feels like we did without spending $20k!) and we will definitely be returning!

Recently stayed in tower 4, first floor room 4012A. It was a panoramic 2 bedroom suite. Room was amazing, it easily accommodated my family of 5. The view was marginal due to trees and such but at the same time you could see the water or because of the trees you got to experience birds and other wild life. The food was top drawer and the service outstanding. Will definately be back.

Rooms are gorgeous, bathtubs overlooking the ocean, hammocks on the balcony.

The beach is fabulous for swimming the margaritas are the best I've ever had, the staff is lovely and the resort is spectacular! Oh and did I mention the food in the restaurants! Soo yummy!

Absolutely gorgeous resort with fantastic white sand, clear water, and great staff and activities.

One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at in Mexico! My husband and I upgraded to an ocean view suite, all inclusive and it was fantastic compared to other 5 star resorts in Mexico. The suite was lovely; we could just stay in the room and lounge. Huge fully stocked kitchen, huge private balcony with beautiful views. The staff are friendly and accommodating enough. The only complaint we had (we're pretty easy going) is that the internet is charged on a daily basis PER DEVICE. So if you want to have internet on say, your smartphone and computer, you will be charged twice for internet that day. However when we were checking out the staff asked how our stay was. Hubby mentioned the internet casually as the only set back and the staff waived the internet charge for us! Very nice gesture for customer service and the staff did say that others have complained about the internet fee as well. So very happy and we will be returning very soon for a longer stay!

Beautiful place with world class service! The only drawback is that the beach is down the hill and across the street.

Luxurious resort That is worth every centimeter and smile the 4 diamonds that qualify it as one of the best in the bay. Its beach and the sea accessible without words, ideal for all the activities proposed by the place. Unparalleled service, delicious food, especially at the STK house for dinner with that incredible view of Banderas Bay. Definitely a must when visiting Puerto Vallarta

Best vacation spot ever!!! We had the most amazing service by all of the staff. Excellent delicious food that would roll back any foodies eyes. The rooms are plush and beautiful. The beds are covered in plump pillows and quality sheets. The grounds are covered in lush tropical plants and filled with wildlife. This is a true luxurious experience.
We started our days with an espresso in bed and then ate a 5 star breakfast seaside watching whales swimming by. Our afternoons were spent exploring the town or exploring the preserve. Our favorite afternoons were spent on the beach drinking fresh squeezed lime margaritas.
This place is all about service, service, service. We were in paradise and I can't wait to come back.

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. This hotel is a scam. They charged my credit card $880 as security deposit, and after 5 months, still decline to return it. Be careful, you're dealing with some serious thieves in this place. Don't ruin your holidays by going to this place.

The hotel service is also worst of all. My room's bathroom was clogged for 1.5 days and they couldn't fix it. They're totally unorganized. I wish there were an option to give 0-star..

The best place in the area, with excellent attention and beautiful details and talked about the gastronomy of its restaurant, delicious debate pampered by one of the best chefs in Mexico. Excellent for traveling as a couple.

The most incredible views, variety of areas for families and adult only, best food available in several venues including Japanese Cuisine in Hiroshi's within Hotel Mousai, friendly staff and on and on. The next move is yours!

This is a top notch resort in most respects. Location is very picturesque and natural, although there is a good bit of traffic noise on the main road. Staff service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the entire resort. The only real gripe that I have about this place is that the food quality is very uneven from one restaurant to the next. Food ranged from excellent (Steakhouse) to nearly inedible ("Italian" restaurant). Poolside and beach service and good were both very good.

Came to check out the new developments and projects happening at Garza Blanca. Such a great area with so much happening. Angelo couldn t have been nicer & more informative. But his female co-worker was awful! Treated us like trash. Sure wouldn t purchase from her. We have friends that own here & she dismissed them too! We eat here frequently but boy what a bad taste was left in our mouth!

STAY AWAY!! It all started with a guy named Elmer who followed us into a restaurant in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Should have known it was too good to be true when he offered us (group of 6 people) a zipline/UTV tour for $50 total. He said we needed to first go to a breakfast at a resort (Garza Blanca) and listen to a presentation during breakfast, then we could go on our tour. We got there and he "upcharged us" $40 to ride ATVs instead of 1 UTV; we gave him cash. Then we got sucked into a tour of the place which was gorgeous, I will say. They took up 2.5 hours of our time before dragging us to a table where we received a very unorganized and non-interesting sales pitch from an unprofessional looking, older blonde lady who seemed to be on some sort of drug. We told her at the start of her presentation that we werent even remotely interested in anything that was along the lines of a time share. She got up from the table in a huff (even though we were honest, straight forward as to not waste her/our time) and then called over the GM (I wish I could remember his name) who made 2 very rude comments as well. By the time we listened to all their pitches, we didnt have time to do the ATV tour which they did not refund us for. I was all on board to tell people what a gorgeous place it was but after what they said and did, I will make sure ANYONE I know/hear/care about that travels to Puerto Vallarta will NOT stay at this "bait and switch" joke of a professional resort. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
