Great resort at first glance and beautiful location and views but construction noise and other inconveniences such as reoccurring issues involving customer service disappoint; expected calls unreturned, room cards stopped working with failed commitments to resolve situation; and clear differences in service for those that participate in timeshare presentation or are timeshare owners.

A very father hotel with a spectacular and very comfortable beach

to come as a couple and as a family this hotel spa is very well the attention and all the services

Amazing service! Wonderful hosts! Friendly! Small, yet lovely beach. Lots of fish in the sea. Fun amenities. Please buy binoculars for the bird watching tour guides. Food OK.

I never write reviews but I just had to about Garza Blanca. This place is absolutely AMAZING!! Not only is the resort itself beautiful but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I had never been to Puerto Vallarta before but everyone we met were so friendly. We originally scheduled our vacation for 5 days but on the second to last day we decided to call in sick to work and extend out trip a few more days. All of the food we had at each restaurant ( which is so diverse with steaks, sushi , Italian) we didn't have a meal we didn't like. we also did the wine and tequila tasting which were extremely tasty and fun! I would 100 % recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuinely good time and relaxing vacation ( with or with out family) and no I don't work here lol this place is just that amazing. We did the all inclusive package - which trust me is worth EVERY PENNY!!!

Make sure to take advantage of all the activities they have on the resort, they have something different everyday. We went at the beginning of October so there peak season was just starting to kick off. We are already planning our next trip in a few months!! hope to see everyone again very soon!!!

This place is very beautiful, it hurts that the sea is full of garbage

Crabs all over the place. Backdoor never got fixed. Took over 5 calls for a crib. Took a half day for it to show up.

Everything about this resort is amazing!!!! Attended a wedding here and fell in love. It was truly beautiful. The rooms were amazing. The views. The bathtub. The rooftop pool. The pools were all amazing! The trolley service. The food. The private beach. The atmosphere. The hammocks on the balconies. The service. Literally, everything. The views. Just amazing. I travel A LOT. I stay in top notch places and this one was way, way, way up there on my list!!! Loved it!

A spectacular place, outside, series, incredible infrastructure according to the environment.
No doubt an exceptional place that invites you to enjoy the senses and have a pleasant and pleasant time.
