Excellent place, very good attention and the beach very clean

A beautiful hotel in the beautiful city and harbor. Close to the boardwalk and downtown Puerto Vallarta

Without question, this has been one of the best vacations I have ever experienced. Every meal at their various restaurants was extremely well done. I would not hesitate to fully endorse Garza Blanca.

nice hotel but me and my family paid for zip lining and were promised a pick up time and place. me and my family arrived early and waited an hour but no one showed up and then the hotel failed to answer our calls. Do not recommend activities trough this hotel

Excellent place with spectacular views ..... pity that they throw their black waters without treating the river adjacent to its facilities.

Best family friendly in Puerto Vallarta. Beautiful surroundings, set amidst green mountains and the sea. Two bedroom suites are just amazing!

Limited food choices, small beach, construction crew working from 8am to 3 pm, kids running and screaming in the pool and buffet. And the list can go on.

A truly fantastic resort. In all my travels, this one really wow'ed me. Due to COVID, I'm sure our experience was different than usual, but the staff was tremendously helpful, warm, and always with a smile. There is a little cove that was created w/ piling of rocks directly in front of the resort, so you get to swim in the ocean without being beaten too badly by the waves. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. We never really left the resort!

The location is NOT near the city, so if you are a city person, this is definitely more tranquil and peaceful. But if you are doing the all inclusive and never leaving, you will love it.

Would 100% come back and am actually looking forward to booking again with them when life allows!

I would give it a 5 star if there wasn t so many bugs like in my closet their was 3 cockroaches

All inclusive service is amazing. The room was more than I expected. This was the view from our balcony.

What a beautiful place! I was particularly impressed by the staff. They were everywhere and very friendly.

The place is beautiful and the amenities great, but the hard sell before, during, and after your visit is so bothersome as to make me not want to visit again.

Building 2 and 3, awesome location! The waves crash just a few feet away, the hammock on the balcony is so relaxing, and the service is top notch!

By far the most amazing vacation I've ever been on. Everything at this resort was incredible, the food, the people, the pools, the view, the location, the view, the view, the view. We paid for the all inclusive and it was totally worth it. I think we over indulged in just about everything, but it was the most romantic and amazing trips I've ever been on. We will definitely return!

I loved everything from the beach to the hotel the krystalline beach and the white sand does not ask for anything to Cancun!

The room has a spectacular view, the rooms were clean and front desk was very receptive to our requests as i had a few when i arrived (above what was in our room). I had reserved a private penthouse dinner with a private chef which was incredible.

The rooms are warm and cozy with a flare of modern. Our room looked over the spectacular ocean and the pool and grounds were also in good shape.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best things at the resort, so much selection and extremely clean and open, not busy at all. Gym could be a little better, but we're on a vacation ;) Thank you for Luis Perez for making our stay memorable.

Went for a ownership presentation. The model rooms are gorgeous! Excellent views. I'd definitely stay there.

The location is beautiful and the rooms (the ones we saw anyway) looked nice. Whatever you do, DON'T get sucked into a cheaper vacation in exchange for participating in a presentation. You agree to a 90 min presentation. What they don't tell you is that's 90 min of tour time, but add in the breakfast or lunch you have to take so the sales person can "get to know you" and then factor in that 90 minutes is NEVER 90 minutes. We were there for 5 hours!!! And had to get a manager to leave, short of creating a scene. No matter how many times we said we weren't interested, we were constantly presented with more and more options, none of which was really any better than the second offer (never take the first offer). If you're prepared to invest in a "timeshare" which they don't actually call a time share, but rather a point system approach, then by all means. But don't do it just for the cheaper vacation. It isn't worth it. We wasted our best beach day at this thing. And the icing on the cake? My husband's credit card was compromised after that tour. The hotel is the only place he used it. Go figure. And the sales person, when my husband got up to get a manager said, "You're going to regret this." Interesting.

A beautiful place, the beach very beautiful and safe

I was amazed by the view of the place, the atmosphere is very calm and the drinks are delicious, whether you go for a drink or stay, it is a wonderful place located in a jewel of the jungle.

OUTSTANDING! We fell in love with Garza Blanca from day one. We stepped it up and stayed in one of their amazing 3200 sq ft 2 bedroom panorama rooms the first time we visited and it was breathtaking. I took my girlfriend there to propose and they setup a wonderful, private dinner for us right on the beach with a candle lit walkway and chef at our side. It was perfect. We got married there a year later right in the same spot. The staff is always so happy to please, the food at the 4 wonderful restaurants is 5 star and our concierge Marisol is always there to help us with anything...what a fabulous place to stay.

Beautiful Resort with fabulous service and food. Above average catered more for adults, but my kids love it too.

Fantastic place to stay! The staff is friendly and so accommodating! The hike up the river with lolo and the kayak/snorkel adventure with Caesar-so much fun! These guys were amazing tour guides. Great views..great food...we will be coming back!

Great views, elegant and spacious rooms, awesome pools. This is the best for families who come for an excellent experience.

The service was excellent. The prices were highe but you can get a good discount. The hard message was awesome. We had a unforgettable message there. I definitely recommend them. All of the staff had a big smile with a good manner.

Will not be staying here even as a last resort. One of their employees was standing outside of a restaurant by the name of Mr.Cream Pancakes located at Marina Vallarta. He was offering trips to a water park and on a ship to go see playa las animas... turns out it was all a scheme.. he sold us the water park tickets, which were $300 pesos per person that was a total of $1500 for 5... we went to the water park and the price they were selling them there was $200 ... he made us pay him $900 upfront and the remaining at the water park... he steals reciepts from his work place and uses them to Pretend as if we re guest at the hotel and are receiving a discount on their behalf but in reality he s stealing our money as tourist. He even offered us a boat ride that was not true at all. If this employee is scamming people who knows what other schemes happen within the hotel.

This hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, elegant, well distributed, with good service, and very good gourmet food.

An awesome place for a getaway weekend, nice views, white sand. Just one bad thing and is that they don t offer transportation to the city and they are linda far from it.

We went in January of 2015 and used Costco Travel to book our trip. We got a great all around deal with hotel and airfare. The facility is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is a bit far from the city but we didn't mind as it was quiet and we were near the ocean with too many people. There is a bus that takes you into town and it's inexpensive. The food at the hotel was great, especially the steakhouse. When we were there, the facility was still undergoing remodeling and additional restaurants were being added. This did not detract from the atmosphere, however.

Our room was wonderful. We had a junior suite with a view of the ocean and forest behind us. In January we had a lovely breeze with no bugs, it was perfect. The room service wasn't the best food but good for a quick bite. The shower and tub were clean and modern.

Overall loved this facility. Only downside is that they can be pushy to having you purchase a timeshare option.

My vacation to Garza Blanca was even more luxurious than I imagined it would be by looking at their site. The service was stellar, the restaurant was amazing and very affordable, and our room was spectacular. We did get duped into listening to a timeshare pitch and took a tour of the new towers they are building. I only hope the place is still as great after those are built. The pitch was short and we received compensation for enduring it in the form of a discount card for the resort.
The beach was soft and pristine, although rather small and technically public. The in-room hot-tub, hammock, and the awesome infinity pool more than made up for any shortcoming of the beach. I really can't think of one negative of our stay at this amazing paradise. I will hope to go back soon.

My just wrapped a week stay at Garza Blanca and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pools are beautiful. And the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed eating dinner at Blanca Blue. Manual, Hugo, and the floor manager provided great dining experience. We look forward to visiting Garza Blanca again.

Great service, amazing rooms (to the point of ridiculous in terms of amenities)! Food is pretty tasty as well. Everyone is very nice here.
