Often the management of the Marriott is good and interested in the place and guests, but this historic building turned to another level of cleanliness in the rooms and corridors, and the quality of the guests unfortunately represent a segment of moral bad .. The amount of nuisance and shouting in the corridors in the dawn hours and views of We are used to our hotels in general !!!

Hot pot in room for coffee or tea, built in/with an historic royal palace, directly on the Nile. Bed in my room was not a Marriott bed and was quite hard. Omlette bar for breakfast, but gratuity was added to the cheque (but the breakfast was included in the rate).
A very complete Hotel! his staff was very attentive at all times, I found the food excellent! the location is strategic! the pool is perfect. We spent some very nice days in this Hotel. The tourist plans were very fun and interesting!

I lived here for about 18 days and I do have a good view, although the services are not the best. Also, I had a really bad experience with their beauty center. The laundry options are limited and it cost a lot.
The hotel is good as it has 24/7, so many shops opened at your disposal, even has the bank as well so that is the biggest advantage. As far as hospitality and service is concerned, I would give it 4stars but not 5 since I did not find it upto that level. If a person is living in such an iconic hotel, he should get the best service and hospitality. Overall good experience and loved its whole campus.

I have been to many Marriott hotels but I have to say this is one of my favorite.
Interior and exterior of the hotel is beautiful.
I haven't had a chance to stay at the hotel yet but the restaurants are great. Best part is that you can get pitcher's of alcohol which is not very common in Cairo.

ristorante tuscany. Worst experience. Food came nealy an hour and half from time we ordered. Food came cold, and undercooked. Management apology they offered us a plate of fruits, not even a discount
