We do large scale business here and have never had any problems. Any issues that have come up have been promptly fixed. I'm not sure why the other user had a poor experience but ours has been satisfactory.

Couldn t see shipping sign from road. Was hard to know which entrance was truck entrance. Once in, I finally saw the sign. Otherwise decent folks to deal with.
