Breakfast was delivered cold. Tasty though. Service in shisha area was slow and unprofessional. And overpriced. Nice place though.

Excellent. A hotel with all the comforts and services. Well located. The spacious and clean room. Breakfast 10. The staff very friendly. It is worth paying the most.
Excellent location and nice hotel, try to take a room in Zamalek Tower in the upper floors, the view is nice, the meeting at the cafe is nice garden, check-in is late but overall the hotel is very good, booked the deluxe room via Expedia for about $ 110
Beautiful and has two towers, the island and Zamalek, and in the middle is an ancient archaeological palace
Great experience and attention to customer satisfaction.
Very nice hotel clean and large rooms and near city center
A luxury hotel in the lobby is gloomy but very close to Abdulwahab Restaurant and Night Outdoors
The best hotel in Cairo, I recommend it very cheap prices
Love this hotel. It's my favourite place to go and change things up. They have a beautiful garden and an amazing restaurant. This place was a palace that became a hotel. Worth visiting. The staff is super nice.
The parking is horrible and overpriced the food is ok and three times the price if I take it outside the Marriott I was disappointed
Nice hotel in good location, with several good outlets.
Great hotel with all the ingredients and excellent service
The hotel is ok and centrally located in Zamalek. Some rooms are due for a refurbishment, other rooms apparently seem to be undergoing one.
The staff is friendly but not very efficient.
I am not able to pay one night a class and because it is worth to be present, but I am difficult to reserve by any standards
Place full of history. Spacious. Qualified and welcoming staff. From the top. For 10 years
Excellent hotel. It's an old palace and everything is beautiful! Excellent amenities, and great food options as well. Highly recommend.
It was a very pleasant experience, clean rooms, excellent service
Palace turned to hotel. Lovely view over the Nile, excellent meeting rooms, rooms are good but furniture is older than expected. Parking is very tight.
Huge hotel, organized, good skilled workers, but prices rates are too much high
Freezing showers, so I had to go to the pool shower to take a shower instead. and the service although pleasant, unfortunately the building isn t as well maintained. Apart from the showers never having adequate hot water, the floor ice machine had been down for days and out of order despite being reassured daily that an engineer is despatched to check on it, so had to call for ice daily only to be told that I could get ice from the machine on the floor, then me repeating that no one actually bothered to come around to fix it, before they sent someone to bring the ice. So the same process repeats itself in the 4 days that I stated there. The minibar is hardly cold (hence the reason for requesting for ice on a daily basis). People are friendly, maintenance though is terrible.
Nice place to dine. Good food, but expensive side. Good atmosphere with a nice view of the Nile river.
Very excellent in all respects except the best disco casino they close
Simply a magical place full of history. Their tea garden is a very good place to sit down with a group of friends and enjoy a nice chat with a drink.
The hotel in general is good but got a nice no-stop attitude from one of the hotel staff
Excellent but there are some flaws in the speed of service
Overpriced and completely outdated hotel. Room not up to date, poor housekeeping.
One of the best hotels in Cairo, in Zamalek, next to the Nile..and overlooks a garden and a very distinctive restaurant .. Five Star Hotel I recommend
The internal security sells the Egyptians treatment and the investigation of any foreign citizen wipe his chest
Good and the entrance is wonderful and loyal and cool but prices are very expensive
Very poor service in the outdoor cafe. Good overpriced and stateless
Lovely hotel but the price is a bit high for the garden and pool
We had great three days, everyone in the hotel staff was very helpful and professional.
Great. Only problem I faced is with the bank inside. The outside of the East building needs to be rejuvenated
Worst hotel you stay in with regard check-in and out time. Takes for ages, people are frustrated when they get in or out of the hotel due to this reason. will not come back again definitely.
This place is a scam. The hotel has beautiful aesthetics but honestly nothing is very good from the shower to the bed to the restaurant to the service. They continuously kept trying to rip us off and then after they made a huge deal of how they were not going to charge us for taxes because of our gold membership, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about when it came time to check out and pay. Anything but the room is incredibly overpriced and not worth it. The food was pretty good but you can find cheaper and tastier food very close.
excellent service
Nice rooms
The restaurants are very excellent
Nice place to live or visit their garden.. , not quite though for people who's looking for a quiet place.
Good hotel, you will find what you want, but expensive
