What a wonderful hotel , it's is very beautiful and historical palace
Nice place but
Highest price per night in downtown
Poor customer service
Poor food
I been there for a training. and thinking of spending a day there after my wedding. I like the structure of the hotel, I liked the rooms, especially the one on the tower, I liked the pool. I like the service there.
it is just one of the best hotels, I ever been to.
I visited the hotel 9 years ago but now it is much lower in quality and maintenance
Very sorry to see the place without proper maintenance... stains on the doors, walls and carpets prove that the hotel has passed its best days.
I love the hotel.
It's clean, staff are nice and helpful.
Great location. Friendly staff but needs to lower their average age. Authentic and oriental premises. Food is very good. Sitting in the hotel garden is lovely especially on winter and early morning during weekdays.
Majestic place but ofcourse not a cheap place to go
peace upon you
If you were comfortable in the Marriott Hotel, for example in Dubai ... and this flight lived in the Cairo Marriott Hotel, Zamalek, and it becomes clear that there is a difference in most dealings ... including comfort and calm ... and the lack of responsiveness of the official in solving problems .... Where will the difference be? ..
Sure, sure and sure, you will be in the administration and the operating row of this facility
Marriott Zamalek in Cairo ... Very, they do not have any solution to any problem you face ... except present, you regret us, and us, and us, and us ... and forget
Just what you live in and pay ... salvation, forget all your rights, and meet me if you take something in your simplest rights as a guest
Beautiful hotel with beautiful wedding Halls l, they go back to the King's time long ago
Hotel not suitable for families I would not recommend it
Try to take your breakfast there... It will be enjoying
Integrated very beautiful hotel and restaurants in a pleasant atmosphere Spa and integrated gym ...
very nice
I attended a two days international conference there, Hall is very good and luxurious and well equipped and the whole hotel is nice however lighting should be adjusted a bit as it is kind of dim every where, Also the dinning area is quite small for large conferences and parking spots are not enough to accommodate all cars, hospitality is less good than what a place like this costs and looks like.
The place is old ..
The service and food are fine, and this is the case in most Cairo restaurants, hotels and lounges
I love Marriott when the weather is mild, because the balcony is spacious, and the sitting room brings back the soul
The Hotel Staff could not have been more polite and friendly especially Sameh who took great care of us. The rooms were terrific. Access to the executive lounge was amazing. Great gym. Great pool. Great range of bars and restaurants. All round fantastic. We will be back!
A hotel in the heart of Zamalek surrounded by the Nile from each side
One of the nicest hotels in Cairo but its problem is in the parking
Awesome hotel!!! This place was built in 1869 by the viceroy of Egypt as a palace for visiting rulers to stay at during the inauguration of the Suez Canal.
The hotel s history as a palace is evident in its architecture, layout, and facilities. Everywhere that we turned was something new and sprawling. The ballrooms put anything in Gone With the Wind to shame.
The hotel is home to a multitude of restaurants, catering to many tastes. There is the Egyptian restaurant, but otherwise the restaurants offer a variety of comfort food like we find in America...perhaps with a twist. The steak house offers Egyptian beef, the burger place offer stone cooked burgers. Warning, it seems that smoking is allowed in all of the restaurants. The steakhouse did offer us a non-smoking section.
Our rooms were excellent. We stayed in two, both with balconies that offered excellent views of Cairo. Excellent amenities. I believe that all the rooms are smoking, but I did not notice an odor.
Egypt has experienced a number of terrorist attacks, including attacks on hotels, in recent years. They have responded with markedly increased security. The security is very visible when you enter the hotel: vehicle barriers, armed guards (even soldiers at times), guard dogs. At the entrance is airport style metal detectors and x-ray machines. The increased security seems everywhere in Egypt, and one cannot blame them. Once inside the hotel I did not see any further overt security: we did not see soldiers with AK-47 s patrolling by the pool or such. On inside it is like a different world. And it is nice to know that the security is there to keep it that way
Originally, an authentic castle that has been modernized. Great staff, many dinning options.
Nice well isolated palace stile hotel,
High standard level of service.
Nice historical building services is perfect and the garden terrace deserve a try
Clean and beautiful hotel with a nice garden and multiple restaurants. Elegantly renovated spa with dry sauna and steamroom and a jacuzzi. Also one of the few places where accessibility has been taken in consideration.
One of the nicest and most beautiful hotels in Egypt
Excellent hotel both in appearance and in amenities. Excellent service courteous staff.
A luxury hotel that is worth the 5 stars it has !!
A historical hotel with several good restaurants conveniently placed near the heart of Cairo ideal for business and families
Great hotel in Zamalek, it was one of the old royal palaces.
I liked the breakfast buffet originally eating it all the sweet chef artist but I advise you nobody asks to eat from the room p account or even cash their prices are expensive and gathered you without what you feel but I go down under the casino tents in the hotel Ijalsat the magnificence of Arkila and eat delicious and clean and fridge and people and people almost The only hotel where guests meet or meet where the important monster Marriott
One of the best hotels in Cairo and a wonderful hotel on the Nile and a floating boat linked to hotels and is accompanied by suites and hotel apartments
A fraudulent level of creation is a dwelling place for prostitution that is no longer a nightmare
Great staff and management here. I've stayed at Marriott for a long time and this location doesn't disappoint.
Excellent location, services, accommodation, treatment, highly recommended.
Cairo Marriott Hotel.
location is brilliant, and there are many venues and restaurants around.
Amazing architecture designs and history.
There is a Casino inside the hotel, the Garden has 4 restaurants and they also serve hookah and liqueur on the premises. There are a few gates and entries to the hotel. The Main one is located in-front of the Nile River. there is valet parking, convenient stores, currency exchange office, the bakery, retail stores, as well as Banks.
Outside the hotel there are a few walking distance night clubs, stores, and book stores. Such as Laboudiga, above drinkies and Thomas Pizza just across the bridge.
This hotel is massive and the room view is amazing. there are balcony's in every room.
Staff is amazing and friendly.
One of the best hotels worldwide with a slecial scent of the classy history.
It is advertised as a 5 stare hotel but is really only a 4 star . It is living on the fact it was a royal palace we were not told were to go for our room and was pointed in the wrong direction. In the room powdered milk for the tea/coffee. Very little info about the restaurant. Would go again unless I have to
