Galpin has worked hard at being a full service community. The new waiting area could use some work - especially in the child play area - but overall the experience was pleasant as we waited on our service to be completed.

Complimentary water and coffee, and delivery service from their restaurant brand was actually surprisingly good.

I came in with a friend looking to get some help on purchasing a newer vehicle. David talked with us about the various vehicles on the lot and the differences between a few we were looking at. We decided on a car and he took us for a test drive, answered questions about certain specs on the car and when he was uncertain about some of our concerns, he told us so and asked someone who knew the answers. We bought our vehicle from him and the process was very easy and simple. There were a few touch ups, we needed for the vehicle, and he made absolutely certain that what we wanted and needed to have an extraordinary experience at Galpin, was met and exceeded. I would go back there for another vehicle or a recommendation to anyone looking to get a Mazda!

Review of service dept- I bought my car at Galpin Motors in 2002. I have been using the dealership for maintenance ever since. They are very honest and always do a great job. A couple times I tried Oakland Subaru and they recommended many unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend the Galpin Motors.

Purchased a Transit Passenger van. Only one with all the specs I wanted. Drove from San Diego (2 1/2 ) hrs and Cheryl Cast had paperwork ready. We were done in 20 mins. A new record for new vehicle purchase. Had lunch at Horseless Carriage restaurant at dealership.

the basic services are good,the wait is pretty good. Even on a Saturday afternoon. They use to be 5 stars. They've slipped in the quality of little things. Free bottles of cold water while you wait, not available now. The restaurant is way over priced. No
longer free loaner cars while they service your vehicle. In short, good but not as top drawer as before.

Very disappointed ! ! I have a Lincoln Town Car, I would think they would want to do everything possible to retain my business. They called and said we don't have the part, we won't work on your car come get it. If it was going to take them a couple days or even weeks to order the part from their vendor ok then I would just have to wait and factory trained technicians would perform the work which is out of warranty and I was more than willing to pay for. They apparently don't care for my business.
So-Cal motors in Burbank was more than willing to fix my Lincoln.

My mom got her new Toyota Camry today at Daly Galpin Motors. Honestly, she came in without any idea what type of car she wants and only hoping for the best deal she could get out of it. As a matter of fact, she weren't even thinking of getting a car, her purpose was to just look around and see what might interest her if she would get one in the future (although she needed to get a new car indeed, because of her old "giving up" car).

They pretend they are an elite dealer/service location; however they are like all the rest and are all BS. Have had multiple experiences here that were dumb.

Galpin Motors always takes great care of my service needs and I always feel like there #1 customer. That is why i keep going back, why i recommend them and why my family continues to buy from Galpin.

I took my ford to galpin motors quick lane for an oil change and to replace a burnt out brake light bulb. I had an appointment formaking repair 830am. I arrived early. Reported tobthe technician that bulb burned out. When I got my car back 3 hours later. I was charged 10.00 for the technician to look at the burned out light bulb and they did not replace it. Horrible service. They failed to repair a safety item reported ro them and let them leave without

A great place to buy a car or a wonderful experience

Wasted 3 hours on a recall and oil change when they said it would take only 1 - 2 hours. Was told the car was in back getting the recall and oil change done at the same time yet the truck hadn't even left the lot. 30 mins later and the car was still in the same spot. They we also able to just stop the oil change that had been going on for an hour when we asked for the truck back for taking so long. The employees walking around also had mask only covering their mouths, not their nose.

Their used cars are dirty, looks like a lackluster detailing job on multiple cars I've looked at. Salesmen are just average, not very knowledgeable or pushy wich is fine btw. Location is the worst thing at this lot, you drive out a few blocks and it feels like you're in a third world country.

I don't know much about the car dealership parts of this humongous operation (I had one bad experience in the Ford area some years ago where I was assigned to one of the most inexperienced salespeople on the floor.). However, I have been taking my VW's to the service department for a few years now and they have been excellent. Managers are jolly, informative, and thorough. Pricing is acceptable. Once you've got yourself on the mailing list, watch for advertisements and discount coupons every so often.

Amazing Staff & customer service! Salesman Alan Chiha is the Best, ran into a snag at the dealership that almost prevented me from buying my New Lincoln Navigator, but the general manager (also named Beau) worked Magic for me. They are the #1 Ford dealer in the world for a reason.... because these GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!! I don't know wether to blame Galpin or Covid, but the parts department is clueless

I ordered bolts (which I paid for in advance) on June 1, 2020.
It's now August 25, 2020 and nobody calling me even with an update.

I have called multiple times to inquire if the bolts have arrived since then. Every tine I talk to someone all they give me is runaround about how the bolts haven't shipped but should be here in a week or 2 (same excuse I get every time).

Galpin I'll see you tomorrow for a refund. I'm glad you got my money in advance but 2 months+ is ridiculous for what I ordered
