I don't know wether to blame Galpin or Covid, but the parts department is clueless

I ordered bolts (which I paid for in advance) on June 1, 2020.
It's now August 25, 2020 and nobody calling me even with an update.

I have called multiple times to inquire if the bolts have arrived since then. Every tine I talk to someone all they give me is runaround about how the bolts haven't shipped but should be here in a week or 2 (same excuse I get every time).

Galpin I'll see you tomorrow for a refund. I'm glad you got my money in advance but 2 months+ is ridiculous for what I ordered
