I went in to look for some unreliable transportation. Salesperson chris came up to me asked what i was looking for. We went inside showed me what i needed. Took a ride to honda dealer on laurel cyn blvd in san fernando, ca. Chris introduced me to Reza, took a test drive on a 2010 honda fit. So i purchased it. The only thing was the wait, it was a long one. But the two persons that helped me were very helpful, thanks chris & reza.

The service dept is my problem, they quote one thing and the hike the price way up. The do work without informing you.

After a horrendous experience at Valencia auto nation. We couldn't get service to even look at our car for 3 weeks, we at our expense had our car towed to galpin Ford. That's where I found Craig Chan. Service writer. He was honest to let me know it would take a few days to get to it. We had a fusion recall and parts related to recall for over heating. The recall repair was done and hose was repaired in 1 week. Which bettered Valencia Ford's est by 3 weeks. The service dept was professional, when they answered the phones. Craig followed up and let us know the cars progress and out of pocket costs.
When we went to pick up the car. The 3 ladies at service check out were all proficient, polite and courteous. The gentlemen at valet to get our car also polite and courteous. I would and will go back again. They made this horrible experience a great one. Thank you Galpin Ford.

Not so long ago but my car was helped out by a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman by name of Ago. I'm very happy with my new car went today to get some information regarding some license plate and then the receptionist to all the service people or salesman or very courteous and helpful the experience was fast and easy to get my plates would recommend anyone to go this was that Galpin premium.

Galpin Motors is a large dealership comprising several brands including Ford, which is the oldest of the group and represents the largest Ford dealership in the state. In terms of selection this is likely the place you want to shop; in terms of service, personally I find their salespeople are generally annoying (ok, most car salespeople are) and difficult to work with.

Labor Charges are to high. More than a mechanic in Quartzite AZ.

I called at 11:15 am and they were not able to see me the same day for a simple front headlight that went out! So, with a full bumper to bumper warranty, I was not able to get my 2019 Ford Ranger serviced the same day for something that in no way should have gone out so soon, endangering us before we noticed! Pathetic!

Alan was great help. Definitely going to recommend this dealership for cars.

Really starting to hate car dealerships over all. The sales manager wanted a higher down payment just because it is tax season. No fool this is not not refund money this is hard work and savings. Not giving you all my money to line your pockets. And I didn't need a cosigner my auto credit is great. Wish I could meet a car dealer with honor. Bet I get a call back saying they can make the deal when he needs to hit his numbers.

A fine dealership. Stay away from service though. Too much hassell to deal with them. The service director is egotistic.

I bought a gorgeous Ford Fiesta ! It's a pleasure to drive and I never loved driving!! The employees are wonderful, they are funny and helpful and you don't feel like you're being pushed into buying a vehicle.

An overall amazing experience I took my Ford F-250 to Sunrise Ford to get the coolant checked because the light came on and they wanted $85 to test it and reset it I went to Galpin and they covered it zero good coffee nice water friendly people televisions to lots of seating and it didn't cost anything great job.

This dealer had many different car stores on the same block

It took 3.5 hours for regular and basic maintenance. Too much waiting. Probably need to find other place for the next time.

Didn't take my husband seriously so they did not get the sale.

APPEAL TO GALPIN MOTORS OWNERS: Please revise your Customer Service Policies and Procedures. I am on the market for a pre-owned vehicle, and recently I had two extremely bad experiences as a customer with two car dealerships - Galpin Subaru and Galpin Ford. It looks like both are under your ownership. See my reviews for those. I am sorry, but from now on I would avoid any dealership having Galpin in his name.

Car #2 was secured from Justin Permijo at Galpin this last weekend and I m still pinching myself from the experience. Justin had stayed in touch the entire 3 years we had our first car and it wasn t just the week after we bought the car and the week before we came. He was diligent in making sure the car was what we really bargained for and that it met our family s needs, how rare is that??

Anyhow, after a few calls and a bit of paperwork we managed to finalize most of the deal before I showed up at the dealership. It was a very quick, pleasant, and easy experience for me. The car is wonderful and the deal we got was so much better than any other dealer was willing to do. I can t say enough good about this salesman. If you have a chance, try and make sure you work with him- you won t be disappointed.

The valley's largest Ford dealership, established in the 1960's, with a great selection of new and used vehicles. Naturally the sales staff, by virtue of what they do, are very friendly, but ours was not just friendly, he was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and questions we had. Purchase went very smoothly without a lot of hassles. Add-ons and upgrades were offered but not in a pushy way. Comfortable outdoor lounge and what made my day was it had a free customer make your own coffee bar, outside the diner style restaurant that is part of the dealership.

I have been going to Galpin for years,and they have always been top notch, the service man that I have is Steve,and hes outstanding, will never go to another dealer.

They have meetings upstairs for Valley vote and I attend them frequently. Only problem is it's difficult to get the air conditioner to work when they're there so it gets a little bit too hot.

The lounge is comfortable, but I felt like the girls at the cashier's office were not very friendly. Due to the recent fires, they didn't have enough staff. So, it took over 2 weeks to get my car back. Luckily, I qualified for a free rental, but it would have been bad without it. Getting in contact with the service specialist was also a hastle. Furthermore, when I got my car back it had layers of dust on it. I remember they used to offer a carwash. Lastly, the price of the work done was fairly high, and this after the check-up fee was supposedly waived. I might not go back unless I really have to.

Bad customer service go in for servicing tell me I'm going to be there 45 minutes and they're 2 hours and 45 minutes

I was so surprised with how easy and simple the process was to sell my car to Galpin! All I had to do was get an estimate online, wait for Art to evaluate the car, sign paperwork, and get my payment! Everything took about less than 1.5 hours. Art Echeverria was great with explaining the process and I really appreciated his honesty. His service and experience was definitely a big part of how smoothly the transaction went! Thanks !

Visited the service center. Friendly staff that comes out to greet you and will explain everything quickly and simply. Free parking for customers, local restaurants nearby. Comfortable patio area available for customers while you wait.

Just leased a 2018 Explorer Sport from Nate Murray. This was a great experience from test drive to final signature. He gave is plenty of time to consider everything and made the experience as quick and professional as possible.

The best dealership I have been to in my life. They have several Brands , Restaurants and Automobile Museum.. I ate at their restaurant next time I will check out their Museum.

Not impressed by Ford or their customer service any longer. I paid for an extended warranty, but Ford doesn't expect that your money is worth anything. Would not replace windshield, which clearly had manufacturer defect in it.
