I took my ford to galpin motors quick lane for an oil change and to replace a burnt out brake light bulb. I had an appointment formaking repair 830am. I arrived early. Reported tobthe technician that bulb burned out. When I got my car back 3 hours later. I was charged 10.00 for the technician to look at the burned out light bulb and they did not replace it.
