Amazing food. Fantastic atmosphere. Staff extremely obliging. Spa is the most wonderful place to relax and unwind. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Terrible disappointing service that's well over priced. We won't be back.

Staff are amazing. Everyone of them we met were so helpful and friendly. Spa thermal village fantastic. So much to see and do. Can't wait to return.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. Service was awful. We weren't approached for well over half an hour. One of us ordered a latte and it was either freezing cold or scalding hot, and all three times it wasn't made right, regardless of temperature. No refund offered. The place is CRAWLING with spiders, cob webs are layered thick over the windows and the spiders are all over the ceiling and walls. Not only this, but the drinks were extortionate, and when I poured mine into the scratched glass I was given, A SPIDER FLOATED TO THE TOP. The server only LAUGHED. He then proceeded to take the glass away and randomly gave me water instead, acting as if it was my drink. So I had half my drink stolen and again no refund offered. How this place is still open I have no idea!!!

Stunning location.... But im not sure if they have set prices or ic the bar staff make them up as they go along.

We stayed as a guest for my wife's birthday, I wanted to treat her to a day at the Spa and some drinks. It was the perfect birthday gift, the hotel is fantastic and we'll equipped for any of your needs. I would specifically recommend staying in the Deluxe rooms and if possible on the fifth floor, we were really lucky to get a room overlooking the river. The thermal village included with our stay was brilliant and we made full use of the hot tubs, pools, saunas and hydrotherapy. If you are looking for a luxury getaway or even as a wedding venue (we stayed once before for our friends wedding) then the Galgorm is one of, if not THE best place in Northern Ireland to stay. The only thing I'd say is that it can be quite pricey eating and drinking at the resort, but luxury does come with a cost.

Very well run and both food and prices were good, so much so we are booked in for lunch on Boxing Day.

Thee best spa I've ever been to. Topped by amazing gin&tonics in the hut bar as well as the gin tasting experience before dinner. The snow absolutely added to our experience. Best weekend ever!

Loved everything about my visit. Room was lovely, spa luxurious, afternoon tea was lovely treat, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast in river room was really nice.

Stayed here on several occasions. Superb hotel in large landscaped grounds and with the Maine river flowing through. Hotel is very comfortable, service is excellent, and all staff are friendly and pleasant at all times. A variety of superb restaurants, from the River Room restaurant providing fine dining, an Italian restaurant, and Gilles bar and restaurant. Also, a luxury Spa for pampering and an external heated spa - all of which my wife loves and can't stay away from.

Had a fabulous day. Used my voucher from Christmas - use of thermal village with lunch. Paid for a facial which is highly recommended. Will be a repeat visitor.

Worst customer service I have come across, supposedly a premium Hotel but without the decency to phone to cancel a booking. No reasonable alternative to stay and prices pushed up to take advantage of their greed. They don't answer their phone unless you want to give them money. Try getting an answer to a question and join a queue, leave your number and you will win the lottery before they phone you back

The experience is pretty great and the spa is amazing. The service at Grille's restaurant was a bit slow/wanting but everything was great

Set in beautiful scenery with very friendly staff and only too willing to help with everything. Lovely restaurants for all occasions and a great spa. Yes it's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic hotel and amenities. The staff are very attentive and professional. A special mention to Maurice, the first member of staff you'll meet at the front door. His friendliness and welcome will make you feel like a regular. Will definitely be back. Thank you Galgorm.

Very nice resort. Great selection of restaurants to eat in and all serving perfect food. You could spend a week here and never need to leave.
We will be booking our next trip ASAP.

So relaxing beautiful surrounding with alot of spa treatments to choose from. The food was lovely.

An amazing place to stay - a little out of Belfast, but worth the travel. We stayed in the new part of the hotel and it was excellent. Just above the spa. In fairness spent most of our time down there! Great facilities to use and then having the few locations to enjoy some food & drink is great. The food is also amazing! If after a treat - this is the place to go. The staff go out of their way to make any stay special. Well recommended! Roll on our next visit ;-)

Chanced our luck on a Saturday evening to have dinner at Gillie's with no reservation. The staff managed to get us a table. Food was excellent, I'd recommend the pork belly.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the spa. I just regret that the food wasn't as good as expected. This wasn't up to a 5 stars standard.

I had a negative experience in the past with the galgorm around customer service, but they have recently turned that completely. I had a great experience when I recently stayed here

We have been here a few times for a break its not bad i think its missing a few things know that it has grown so big

We went here the day after our wedding to use the serenity pod and private Jacuzzi. Great experience to relax and unwind after the chaos of a wedding. Okay it is very expensive but again we can't fault anything else about this place!

Called a number of times to try and book the lunch and thermal experience and no one answered, rang back and the call was cancelled on their end. Been here before and enjoyed it and my partner has been a number of times with friends. After this treatment I won t be going back, not that the owners care but you have just lost a customer

Attended for a friends wedding... The grounds are beautiful. There are several suites, and the one I visited was lovely.

Staff was fantastic our room was beautiful went to the spa and when we got back to our room it had been cleaned fresh towel and bed made

Very good spa and hotel. Food is impressive, great breakfast buffet. Spa and thermal village is one of the most unique experiences in Northern Ireland - I would even go further and challenge anyone to find a better spa in all of ROI or U.K. Somewhat sprawling set up so it is possible to get lost.

Had a lovely time at the galgorm spa. The highlight was my head massage with Nora. Really helped with my tension headaches.

Excellent service and facilities at the hotel, the expanded spa area copes well with the number of guests. Staff are always there to help, very friendly and approachable. Only downside is the cost of staying there but you get what you pay for...

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The terminal village is a must visit to get away from everything. Afternoon tea is definitely worth having and the food in both restaurants is top notch. The bar is just like being in a pub with music seven nights a week. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Galgorm is well worth a visit

Two hours of afternoon tea, bubbly and hot tub in honour of my niece's birthday, a treat by her sister for her mum and me. We four enjoyed a delicious hot soup, basket of savoury and sweets with two bottles of bubbly. A perfect way to spend the day. Helpful attentive staff. Would recommend a visit.

Carbon monoxide alarm was faulty and was beeping during the night. It took a few hours until we said we were going to leave to be offered a new room.

First time enjoying the Galgorm Experience, nice and relaxing surroundings, staff were professional from the moment you walk through the front door to check in til you check out, faultless in every aspect, so much so that we booked our next visit before we left for later in the year :) Dining at Fratelli's was enjoyable both for dinner and breakfast the next morning, looking forward to enjoying it once more, as a kickback to the age old classic film The Goonies "It's Our Time Down Here".

My Family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Galgorm with the Winter Wonderland Package, from the attention to detail and the special little treats for adults and children very special, Christmas in every room, mini fridges stocked complimentary.
Train ride to visit Santa where children and adults received .
Food in abundance with something for everyone.

An evening meal that was superb, Breakfast was a fantastic selection of beautiful foods.
Then a lovely 5 course Christmas Dinner.
Movies & Games in the afternoon then light supper and entertainment and of to bed.
Boxing day up for a relaxing breakfast then back home.
The staff were the best we where looked after very well, very pleasant attentive nothing to much bother for them, definitely of the highest caliber, highly recommend

Beautiful surroundings to have a really special afternoon tea in. The afternoon tea was served in a jewellery box which gave it a really special touch! The grounds & hotel were gorgeously decorated for Christmas & the staff were super helpful & friendly, 1 have an allergy & the waitress took the time to go & speak to the chef to identify what I could & couldn't eat which was going the extra mile! Hotel, staff & food 5 stars my opinion

Was here for a wedding, the service was amazing, the food was lovely, location is gorgeous with a river running through and wide spaces of well kept gardens. Overall amazing venue

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The thermal spa is great with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pools, saunas, steam rooms etc. Eat dinner and breakfast in the Gillies restaurant, both excellent.
