Too many people, all lying on the ground, a little unsafe feeling

Like the water equipment here, the food court has a wide variety and special features, delicious, fresh, delicious, water dance performance is very good

very good hotel. clean, convenient, and high quality service. fantastic swimming pools

Overall good experience, but it is a high 4-star, low 5-star experience though

I got 2x 1.25m bed,
Hard bed very soft pillow. But you can ask for harder pillow for free (still soft though)
Friendly staff, great athmosphere.
Huge waterpark area, but with only few theme to enjoy. kids area, wave pool, and lazypool is the only notable ones. The wave pool located near galaxy while other pools located near ritz/marriot. Long walk, hot floor, bring sandals.
Easy access to everywhere with bus provided. You can go back to hongkong directly using the bus there, make note you might have to consider getting on and off the bus with all your luggage during 2x immigration.

Stayed here for a night, the room was pretty clean and big, the view from 31st floor was pretty dope, stuff they're mostly can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and they were pretty polite

Nice rooms for sure. But you should really go there with your kids for their ridiculously fun pools than should entertain them so well.

There is a lot of food on the negative floor, but the price is expensive but
very convenient

The best hotel I ve ever stayed so far.
Beside there s a check-in fee that wasn t clear at all, the service and facilities were awesome!!

Don't play the game, just visit, this is my honest advice.

The hotel has artificial beaches, luxurious room facilities, and scenic views.

The environment was good, but there are so many tourists, many people. . . .

Not much, comments on this hotel. It is a 5 star hotel, have a huge shopping mall with major brands such as GUCCI, Balenciaga, LV etc.
The mall don't have as much people as Venetian.

Good place with luxury design, along with some funny stuff

Very nice. I just do not recommend broadway because there's only 1 exit, leg room is too small.

Very nice place. Home also of the Galaxy Casino. Nice place with great amount of shopping plus other local food stalls nearby.

If u have spent a night there and looked out ur window, it's hard not to feel like aristocrat seeing how grand this palace like resort is. Fancy bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities made me reluctant to get out of the building

Scale-chan, good service, good shopping arcade, wave pool, free snack bar and so on.

The architecture is fantastic and the same complex hosts multiple international hotels like Marriott,Okura,etc. The shows inside are beautiful as well

Luxurious, rich in content, atmospheric, and well managed. Macau must be a place of entertainment.

Water park level swimming pool! I can feel Caribbean Bay without people ~!

How many times, for Macau and the Macau galaxy, it's always good. Convenient, very clean.

Good places to play, especially artificial beaches and surf pools

I didn't go inside for very long. I only stopped over because the Banyan Spa is inside. However, the little experience I had, where as soon as I arrived in the taxi, someone was there to open the door, gave me the taxi's plate# in case I forgot something, and walked me to my location, was very nice!! The service in the front is hard to beat even compared to the Sands hotels. I would definitely consider staying here.

Convenient location, clean rooms, general service, comprehensive facilities, decoration is not gorgeous, the price is still reasonable.

Overall friendly but some staff are unfriendly. Rooms and suites are satisfactory

The most rude service and close to no english speaking staff available if to compare with other casinos. Not to mention they just ask ID from almost all the Westerns even if they look 40+ and being so rude while doing it.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott. Room and amenities were perfect. Looking forward to a return trip.

Gigantic, but it doesn't offer any special attractions that would make it "unique".
In my eyes it is simple a casino with an adjacent shopping mall, food parlours and several attached hotels. Looking nice at night with all the lights on though.

A huge shopping mall connecting 5 hotels: Galaxy, JW Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Okura and Banyan Tree. Shopping for brands and tremendous food choices just in one property. Best holiday destination in rainy season. Should never miss the iconic 5-min laser beam diamond show every 30 min in Galaxy hotel lobby!

There are many gourmet restaurants, they are delicious, and there are occasional performances that surprise people.

There is a fountain show in the lobby. Really impressive

The water park has a big advertisement, the artificial waves are wonderful, and other slide facilities are absolutely disappointing... Absolutely next time

There are no words. If you can't find something to like about this place then you have issues.
