It was a great place. Shopping is not the only reason to come here

I think that it is good to see if the time and arrival of the Diamond Lobby show just overlap.
I do not have to wait until 30 minutes in the lobby. You can also wait to start out while killing time at the casino or check-in.

Two nights at JW Marriott among 5 hotels in Galaxy Resort. This is awesome!!!! It is quieter than the (old) landmark Venetian Resort next to Banyan Tree in the same complex and has a variety of facilities.
Seeing elsewhere. Here's a comfortable glee...
The fact that the largest casino in Macau has 5 resorts each connected to the complex!!!!
I want to go here even if I go to the dam.

It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Galaxy to Handin Street. There are a lot of free shuttle buses to other casinos~

The luxurious and magnificent Jin Bihui service is super good!

I do not know if the hotel does not stay, but the mall is very spacious and great.

I thought I saw Macau after traveling to Hong Kong, but thanks to this hotel, Macau is so good.
Galaxy Hotel is a very nice place to visit with children and parents and families.

Five hotels share a swimming pool and it's so spacious! Even during the peak season in August, there weren't many people, it's good because it's quiet (you can swim alone in the morning),

You don't have to bring a tube, there is a pato pool (+ sandy beach) + running water pool + water bobsled, etc. There is a Jacuzzi
Each has a separate pool in front of the hotel for use by hotel guests only
Some people say the breakfast at Galaxy Hotel is not good.
If you know how to eat maratang or spice, it seems to be right
Compared to the domestic five-star Lotte Hotel La Seine, it is the same five-star, but there are many branches, but there is not much to eat for Koreans.

very big hotel complex with combination of few hotels, good place to spend your vacation

I have been to the second time, all good and good, the food is flat and expensive, not a good place to go.

This place is pricey but is definitely worth it. We had a great experience here and would definitely want to come back. The place is beautiful and clean, the water parks were well maintained as well. The service is good, one of the days they came and checked on us just to offer some chocolates. Would happily recommend.

The best hotel to stay with children. There are a lot of restaurants in the shopping mall that leads to Galaxy Okura Marriott.

Going through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and saving money

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms are large, it is worth living.

Lovely hotel work amazing water park. Great fun for the family with easy access to shows, shopping and spa not just gambling. Great food options for every level. Carried a lot of baby needs such as crib, tub and potty trainer.

We are from Vegas and we did not expect much when we went into this hotel. We were blown away with the size, the newness, and the extravagance of the water features in the lobby and the Elegance of this place. WOW!

It is hotel where we can walk Taipa village, and shuttle bus is good, too. Above all, the diamond show was so cool.

Galaxy hotel complex is a beautiful property with almost all top end brands. The Diamond and Crystal lobbies are one of its kind. The star attraction remains the Grand Resort Deck with wave pool, rapids, slides etc.

Pros:
1. Large modern room with nice views.
2. Spacious and luxurious bathroom.
3. Complimentary minibar and pringles.
4. Shuttle bus service.
5. Excellent grand resort deck.

Cons:
1. Charging a deposit fee of HKD 2500 per room (even though complete stay is fully pre paid) is absurd.
2. No Indian restaurant in whole Galaxy complex. We have to go to hotel Venetian for Indian food.
3. A bad incident happened with us on Grand Resort Deck's Rapids River Ride:
My 6 year old son was trying to get into the tube and accidentally got carried away by the water current. My wife was shouting at the guards to stop my son but they didn't respond. Even my son was crying and was losing his grip on the tube. In spite of all this happening the life guards were least interested in helping us. This went on till almost 3 life guards were crossed. Finally I dived into water stream and got hold of my son to save him from drowning. There was also no one at the starting point of ride to assist guests in getting on the tube or giving them general instructions. The quality assurance manager later assured me of solutions to prevent such issues from happening again.
Still I'd advise you to take extra care of your kids especially on grand resort deck.

The lobby biggest I had ever seen . I think by looking at the hotel lobby you will be able to decide about the rooms . A hote not to be missed

Very nice buildings. The highlight of the visit was the free diamond show in the lobby. It was spectacular.

Friendly staff ! Amazing location! Interior is so royal and very clean. Direct bus from Macau ferry to hotel and it's a luxurious service. staff welcomes everyone going to the hotel. Very spacious rooms and pool. Waterfall at entrance is also beautiful.

Galaxy Group Hotel Swimming Pool is the best in Macau, Galaxy Hotel is very Chinese but easy to use such as shuttle

A very luxurious hotel, there is a large shopping street on the first floor, and the diamond lighting show on the first floor of the whole hall is very beautiful. It is worth a trip.

Amazing plaza compiled with a variety of different high end hotels, although the casino floor was crowded with random people always asking if you need money exchanged. Other then that Galaxy is definitely one of the nicer hotels in Cotai.

Very good and comfortable hotel but not cheap. The water park is a must for the family with kids.

I stayed at JW, the staff was cordial and courteous, the room was large, clean and comfortable.

The Galaxy Hotel and the shopping mall area are really great . In addition to the large planning, every corner inside is beautifully planned. There are many other great five-star hotels in it. The very special Galaxy Group is really worth it. You can go shopping for a whole day...the shopping malls and cafes are very complete!

Highly recommended...Rooms are clean , big ,services are good. Hotel staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Easy access from n thru places of interest.

The best hotel in Macau! Breakfast is just a sneak, especially the salami, and the salami is a bit of a hobo.
