Hard bed very soft pillow. But you can ask for harder pillow for free (still soft though)
Friendly staff, great athmosphere.
Huge waterpark area, but with only few theme to enjoy. kids area, wave pool, and lazypool is the only notable ones. The wave pool located near galaxy while other pools located near ritz/marriot. Long walk, hot floor, bring sandals.
Easy access to everywhere with bus provided. You can go back to hongkong directly using the bus there, make note you might have to consider getting on and off the bus with all your luggage during 2x immigration.
