Great service. Wish they allow to sign the bill to your room at the pool. You need cash to buy ice cream or even a beer and they got world's largest water slider where you may want to spend whole day with your family. Sad..

Galaxy Macau has one of the biggest casinos and one of the biggest crowd that you can find in Macau most of the people that we could see were around Galaxy only that has it had full stop it has three big buildings and most part of it is hotel but it also has most of the branded stores and some of the major restaurants including few Michelin starred restaurants

Every restaurant in Macau has its own characteristics, very good, the gambling room is in the middle, only 21 years old can enter

Very crowded and mediocre, it is very expensive and bad services, lots of mainlanders, loud and uncomfortable. Try to not stay there!!!!

Galaxy hotel service needs to be improved, one week early book left hotel, until the day at 12:35 check in will be around 15:00 in the afternoon. I am very dissatisfied with this. In the end, I canceled the left room and immediately took a taxi to the Venice Book Hotel to have a room. The service is better than the Galaxy Macau. Venice is indeed worthy of praise! ! !

We used only restaurant, but were quiet, and atmosphere was luxurious and was good.

We stayed there for two days.

The grand resort deck : heated pool, wave pool, slides.

Must must try for the kids and adults... Nice place to chill and relax. Great service at the pool side.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Hotel has good shopping around and theater too. So keeps kids happy when parents are visiting the casino.

Restaurants - good selection of food options. But leaning towards Asian cuisine.

Great check in and absolutely awesome checkout experience. No queues and no waiting time. Which I personally liked a lot.
