I love shopping with Furnitureland South, they are great. Every bit of furniture in my home has come from them.

Kayla was my consultant. She was patient and dedicated in helping me find exactly what I needed.

I am a BIG fan of FLS. In fact, I have furnished 3 homes with them. I have established a wonderful relationship with one of their designers, Paige Harrington, and she has been extremely helpful to me. I can contact her anytime to ask about the price of an item, or any product question and she always responds quickly, efficiently and total willingness to satisfy any request. I had one sticky situation with a manufacturer to whom I had provided my own material for upholstery and Paige resolved this matter perfectly. The delivery people (who I have had here at least 4 different times in the last few months) are also wonderful. I had a white sofa delivered just this week, and when the men unwrapped it, they asked if they could please come in and wash their hands before they touched it. I was very appreciative. I cannot say enough to sing the praises of FLS!!

This was the the best experience. At first looking at the vas variety of sofas and chairs available I was totally overwhelmed. The sales associate helped me to find the exact sofa and chairs I was wanting. Great experience!

We are in the process of building a new home & needed some help selecting furniture. We were there from March 25 -26 & 27. We worked with Jesse Akin. From start to finished our experience was exceptional. When we first arrived, she gave us a map & walked us around for the first 2 hours. Then she let us on our own & stayed in contact by text. Day 2 - when I was ready to meet - ask questions - start developing my order, we met back up. Day 3 - we redefined the order - she was a wonderful help when I struggled to make fabric choices & help with the designs. A couple of days after placing the order we chose to add/delete a couple items. Jesse called me on a Saturday (thought she'd be off - she must work a lot of hours) - she took care of it ASAP. Got pictures & dimensions on each item. Everything from start to finish was professional, friendly, helpful . I can't think of a suggestion "could do better" - 100% great experience.

Ahmed was awesome! I am so excited about my furniture purchase. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Our shopping experience was great with Kayla Lum. She made it fun and she also had great ideas. We will be back in September to shop for more furniture with Kayla.

Furnitureland has such a wide selection and price points that there's something for everyone! My design consultant, Natalie, was FABULOUS! Once we figured out my style, she was able to send me options. She worked tirelessly to find me what I wanted and I'm appreciative and excited!

We were delighted with the attention and help we received. The selection of what we were looking for was extensive and we found the perfect piece. The consultant didn t hesitate to show us even the clearance section in his effort to satisfy us.

We didn t even get into the main buildings. We met Gary in the outlet building and he had everything we were looking for.

I love to shop at Furnitureland South. There are so many selections from different brands. Sometime you may surprisingly find good deals in its outlet.

Overall FLS provides excellent services, from helping on design to delivery.

Our experience at Furniture Land South exceeded expectstions. We worked with Ahmed and Olga who spent two days helping us choose furniture. They were informative, pleasant and patient. We did not feel rushed to make decisions at any point. Highly recommend shopping there!

We called ahead, and asked if they had kitchen nooks at their store! Told yes, but really DIDN'T! Upsetting the salesgirl was ignorant and uncooperative! No matter what we said, she said, ok, let me show you a different set. She kept showing us a table and some benches, (non matching pieces), to create what we wanted! HOWEVER its a

It has been a pleasure to work with Jayson Parker to refresh our family room. Jayson came out to our home and measured the space, noted our design preferences, and worked with us patiently in the showroom to select furniture and fabrics. All around great experience.

My wife and I live in SC and have been looking for years for quality furniture. Everything around us is similar to a rooms-to-go , so severely lacking in quality selection.

We have known that High Point, NC was the furniture capital, so we decided to make the trip to FurnitureLand South. We absolutely loved it! The selection is enormous, and the quality is everywhere! We researched, talked with, and spent the day with our design consultant, Angela Six, who made everything so quick and easy. We spent literally years looking for very specific pieces, and within minutes Angela had exactly what we wanted right in front of us. We customized and ordered a couple of rooms worth of furniture, and will never shop anywhere else to furnish our home(s). I can not recommend FLS and Angela Six more. It is absolutely worth the time for the quality service and products we have received. Don t be scared by the enormous size, but rather appreciate an entire world of options ready for you to peruse.

One of the Great experiences to purchase a houseful of furniture to replace all that I lost during Hurricane Harvey. Thanks so much Jim!!

I had three days to fill a vacation home including rugs, furniture (upholstered pieces and tables), beds, lamps and accessories. I had the great fortune to find Kathy Field and Karen Beveridge in the Design center of Furnitureland to help me with my choices. I simply could not have done this without their help. It was fun, challenging and so satisfying to put our new place together. Jerry at the Lorts showroom added to the enjoyment of my undertaking, with his suggestions and product knowledge. It could have been a very daunting and stressful time but with Kathy and Karen I felt calm and assured that the choices I was making were going to fit with my vision and lifestyle. These two women were consummate professionals who knew the showrooms thoroughly. They knew fabrics, the latest trends and improvements in the market, and could answer the many ongoing questions I had. They provided me with fabric samples, pictures, billing statements that explained everything in detail and they fully described the process of delivery and the warranty coverage I purchased. I cannot imagine going elsewhere for a furniture purchase that would exceed this experience.
I HIGHLY recommend Furnitureland and these two marvelous designers.

Furniture exhibition in North Carolina has a delivery to Saudi Arabia takes from two to three months and custom-made

They have amazing accent pieces although competitive are on the higher end but so is the furniture quality. It is easy to spend a full day browsing because of the large inventory, there is so much to see.

We had the pleasure of working with Terri Rosas during our 2-day visit this April. We were furnishing several areas of a new home, including outdoor areas, and had many decisions to make. Because of Terri s thoughtful, patient, and expert guidance on everything from sofas to mattresses, we could not have had a better experience. Terri did a perfect job of listening to our wishes, making excellent suggestions, and pulling all our needs into a beautifully complete result. Every question we had - and we had many - was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. We spent over 8 hours in total with Terri, and she was cheerfully tireless in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Behind the scenes, she did hours of research tracking down elusive details on our behalf.
Terri is a joy, and we couldn t be happier with the results of working with her.

Paige was great! She made our experience so easy. Furniture shopping can be so overwhelming but she found out what we were looking for and directed us to the parts of the store that would most likely have what we were looking for. Not only did we find the sectional we were looking for (in one of the places she recommended) but furniture for our living room and several beds as well. We will be back for sure!

Just want to say this is our second time there an we have dealt with one of your best sales people her name is Brittany Horton, the first time was to fill my new home we came from NJ and we heard about this Furnitureland South wow. well we got there and got this Brittany and she help us in less the 4 hours to get out family room. dinning room , she was amazing fast , very knowledgeable of this place knew where to get what we needed, price wise, color wise, size. We did bring colors, pictures and size. then she did her magic. The home is beautiful. So we have been in NC for 7mth. We came back to look for outside set, and met up with Brittany again, and yes she did her magic again, now we have almost the outside done. She is working on finding us a outside dining area we need a narrow table for out patio. Just saying she is so dedicated to helping us out. You should be so proud of her, I will surely recommend her

We had trouble finding furniture we liked locally. So we made the trip to Furnitureland South and that was the best decision we made! Fortunately, their employees know the store and can take you to styles that interest you. It was totally worth the drive and we are very happy with the furniture we chose.

Very good pricing and the delivery crews do an exceptionally good job. Furnitureland does not however insure that your furniture will arrive from the manufacturer in acceptable condition.

There's a reason several hotels are closeby... it takes a couple of days to see everything. Some of the items in the "closeout" building are bizarre, the layout of the modern furniture building could be better... perhaps they need a large roadmap and hand out pencils so you may jot down the locations of the items you find interesting. Spend at least a day exploring.

Furniturelandsouth has incredible selections, competitive prices and our salesperson, Chris Fox, is always speedy with a quote and a pleasure to work with. We have been customers for over 7 years and keep coming back whenever we need furniture.

We have been shopping at FLS for over 30 years. This last experience in August was the best ever. Our design consultant, Christy Parker, helped us make great choices while we were there, and also, after we returned home. The savings are substantial and the shipping is free if the dollar amount is met. It is always worth the trip from Orlando. I highly recommend Christy and FLS for your furniture needs.

Worked with Robbie McGraw and had a wonderful experience. She understood exactly what we were looking for after about 5 minutes of discussion. She took us to the places we would find the things we were looking for, offered very helpful advice, and never once made us feel that we were being sold. We purchased the furniture we needed to furnish our house (a lot) and got it done in one day.
I could not recommend Robbie highly enough. It was a pleasure working with her, and I detest shopping. If we need to go back for more we will certainly work with Robbie.

This is been a stupid place I ever shopped for Furniture. Once the sales is been made the sales Representative do not respond to you call neither the customer Service . The bed that I purchased was too good but the bunkie board on it was too low for me to sleep and I being pregnant could use the bed although I waited for it . I have been trying to explain the customer service and they keep routing to sales representative which is of no use. This is been horrible experience for me even though I agreed to pay 1/3 for the bunkie board

She was knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful flare for fabric and decor
She listened to us and never tried to up sell or convince us we needed something we didn t want
It was overwhelming spending 6 hours hiking back and forth but Rose made it very palatable and fun; we chose beautiful custom furniture which we can t wait to enjoy in our beautiful new home

We spent a great day at Furnitureland South furnishing our new screened porch! Our design consultant, Missy Caulk, was amazing! She helped us to find pieces that brought our vision to life and she patiently worked with us to select rugs, fabrics and finishes that pulled everything together. And the best part - at the end of the day, we were pleasantly surprised at the total cost. We highly recommend Furnitureland South and Missy Caulk for your next furniture purchase!

Randall Alderman was very helpful, a knowledgeable pro who was never high pressure and always forthcoming and direct with answers to questions.

HAd a wonderful experience and abbundant inventory to choose from. Chad was excellent, helpful and patient. If you are planning go see ask for Chad! Definitely the best sales person!! The only downfall is that there is no financing available. As a consumer financing options is better.

Phone service is terrible. Once you actually get a hold of someone, and explain your issue, it's like pulling teeth to get clear information. They did not look up my account. They did not care if I had my need taken care of. I bought all of my 3200 sq ft house furniture there (which was alot) and and customer service could use some insight on the "service" part. Frustrated.

Thomas is an excellent designer at Furnitureland South and my wife has really enjoyed working with him to pick out and design furniture for our new home.

The customer service or sales representative (Ahmed), was the consummate professional. Spent a lot of money but felt at ease with my purchases because of Ahmed.

High quality products at low prices. Shopped on the internet and placed order by phone. Representative explained the set-up and delivery process, and payment options. .

In April 29th, 2020 a bedroom set was purchased for the total of $5,780.20 with notice that it would be for a move in mid June to an address in South Carolina. We also informed our sales rep that we would need afternoon delivery due to a closing. At the time of purchase we were reassured that there would be no problem with the delivery date. Approximately a month prior to close we were informed that our closing would be pushed back a week and contact was made with Madeline advising her of so. After approximately a week, we were reassured that our delivery date in late June would still be fine. As the date edged closer we were contacted by shipping who informed us that they could only deliver the furniture on our closing between 7am-10am. We informed them that it would be impossible since we do not close until 10am. We were informed by shipping that they could just leave the furniture outside or deliver the furniture the day prior instead, but not later in the day or any other time that weekend. These responses appeared as if no one was actually listening to the customers needs. We were then informed that delivery could be possible between a five day range the first week of July and it was rescheduled. A short time later we were contacted to confirm the delivery date between 7-10am. I informed delivery that the date and time would not work due to my 3rd shift schedule asking if it could be later in the day. We were informed that the time was set by their delivery route, due to our distance from the warehouse, and could only be at that time in the morning. I asked for a refund and we were informed that Furnitureland could not offer a full refund and would keep a percentage. It became clear that Furnitureland South is more than happy to take your money, dictate the scheduling, and keep it when the service could not be completed. Due to feeling like we were held hostage we went with yet another new delivery date where my wife had to stay home from work. On delivery date damage was caused to our walls, the furniture was damaged, and full delivery was never completed. The movers, after causing damage to our walls, decided that the dresser would not be delivered, loaded up the furniture, and left. AS of now escalations department has yet to respond and delivery was never completed.

Had great time and Lee was the greatest in helping me out. Will highly recommend checking you out with all my friends. Beautiful layout.

We were rushed and running late but between Susan and Tina Monk we found exactly what we were looking for in a dining room! It s amazing to me that with 800,000 sq. Ft. You took us to exactly the right furniture. I have no doubt that we will also find the furniture we need for our great room! Fantastic job great experience!!!

We flew down from Michigan. Prior to our trip we had contact with Jon Six. He was very responsive and helpful with all of our email requests and phone calls. In this day and age to have someone consistently respond within an hour is a rarity. When we met him at the store he was awesome. This place is beyond huge and if left alone it would take a week to find what you want. Jon asked the right questions in the correct order to take us through a process that kept us on track and moving along. We were able to select a sectional, kitchen table with chairs, bar stools, sofa table, coffee table and book case in one day! Great experience!
