So sad. These stores used to be great. Now they look practically abandoned.

Store with more than electronics, it's easy to lose track of time.

Great place for finding so many different things. Video, Audio, cables alarms etc. everything electronic!! It is actually a really good store, but it seems pretty empty lately...I recommend coming here!

Irritatingly, the display computer cases didn't line up with the price tags. This made it very difficult to determine which to purchase.

Great staff. The only thing i dont like it was that the boxes were opened

Got electronic components recently. Was better than online.

I mostly go there for computer parts. Recently I needed a hard drive for my Mac Book Pro and asked about a SSD and the man suggested a Samsung Evo 500 gig and it was $10 off so I did not hesitate to buy it . I have installed it and it's working great. Fry's

This used to be the place to go for everything back in the 90's to early 2000. But now, the place smells old and there is practically nothing worth going there for. Maybe some movies but thats pretty much it. We used to visit different ones just to check out the themes. Sunnyvale location definately seems deserted inside. They need to nake a comback somehow.

This store has nicely trained staff that are usually polite. It's big and has a nice selection, and the bathrooms are clean lol.

Good place but not a lot of variety to choose from.

Dvds electronics. ..and an awesome shopping experience. .... I love frys ... I've been to more frys stores than any other electronic store. All because of their unique shopping experience

Staff are encouraged to get quotes for every little thing. Amazon didn't bug me like this.

This place is worst in customer experience. If you want to buy and do not expect to ever return due to any reason or do not expect support from them then you can try this place. Best of luck. I will never advise anyone to buy anything from this place, better to drive few miles and go to other frys location for peace of mind.
I accidentally took wrong adapter and when I open I realized my mistake. When I went there to return it they told me that I just missed the the time (30 days). Person at customer return couldn't talk in English properly. I told them that I never used it, it just opened but they did not allow return. I am so disappointed. It is good that it was not very expensive. This is not the only instance.
Save yourself, save your hard earned money. Avoid this place.

Update: Manager allowed the return of the item. I am raising rating to 2 due to unprofessional and rude behaviour or customer service lady.

My favorite electronics store. This place is huge and has everything you could ever want from an electronic store. Much better than best buy.

I have never been over helped at a retailer as I have here. I went in to look for a new gaming headset as a gift. I couldn't find anyone to help me, when I moved over to another department I was told I need a slip for said headphones, but staff was too busy to help me find the mousepads (on the next aisle over). I threw away the slip for the headphones, as the salesperson didn't help me find it, only to have another salesperson tell me the same thing and try to give me yet another slip. I made the mistake of looking at vacuums as well to the same reaction (I need a slip for this headset)

Seriously FRYS get your act together. If your sales are that slow, review what you're doing. There's a reason I came into the store in the first place, but this is the last time I will ever step food in there again.

Compared to the old days, I feel lonely and dying. I'm not sure what I'm selling other than electrical appliances.

Everything electronic at good prices is available here. To make it easy to find things, you must be aggressive and find an employee to indicate where to find the Dale items.

Good place to get just about all your electronics needs. It would get four stars but they do not offer any designated motorcycle parking. There are 40 handicap parking spots and ZERO motorcycle parking spots. The handicap spots are always empty, while I see motorcycles in the lot often.

The place is full of gadgets, parts, components, accessories, and more. You can find interesting products there.

The prize is pretty unbeatable. I often check it online before purchase, never found any lower prize.

The staff aren't friendly at all, often the will keep walling and pretend they heard you need for help.

Ah, straight out of the early 2000's, still with the strange architecture, aisles of weird items, and odd displays. However, still a good place to get computer parts, and this location has an area to build a computer right on site.

Place feels outdated, and didn't have what I was looking for (Wii controller)

It is your typical Frys experience. They carry one or three of everything here. From household goods to computer parts. Expect to spend some time going through the store to ensure you've made the most of your visit. Customer service, like other Frys, is seriously lacking, but they're polite and try to be helpful.

Great except for the money that disappears from my wallet every time I enter this store.

Have something to eat while buying cool things you don't need.

Massive depletion of products... many shelves vacant of stock. Clearly looks like they are going out of business. Saw only five customers in a huge store, and they had only one cashier and no one else in line.

I was impressed with this Fry's it was very clean and had a wider product selection than other Fry's I'd seen before.

This place has gone downhill fast. No soldering irons, no hobby tools (i.e. xacto) no help. Are they going out of business soon? They were never the best, but they didn't used to have rows and rows of empty shelves.

Seems dead alot of the time. They have things that you need but They don't carey the latest products. I cant find half the stuff I need now. Alot of the stuff they sell are openbox or have problems.

This is the cleanest Fry's store in the area. Service is usually faster here than at the other locations. The quality of customer care on the sales floor could be a bit more attentive. Getting help from someone might require some additional patience.

Used to be the place to go for electronics and communication but no more. Still some great values but the stores still cling to their past supermarket mentality.

It's actually a great place to shop for electronics it actually has the best high quality products and good video games especially for video game players

One of the last one standing electronics stores, in case same-day shipping is not fast enough. Online prices are matched, but usually are on the same level anyway. Worth going there for the small knick-knacks and hidden gems once in a while.

Most shelves are empty, they don't have the latest gadget nor interesting stuffs anymore, which is sad

I don't recommend their computer repair, I sent a computer for a installation that was suppose to take 2 hours and got my computer back 2 days later and it wasn't even working properly. I give up with these guys. They couldn't even keep in touch and let me know what the issues were. They only got 2 stars because at least I got my computer back

How is frys doing? Great store but not much traffic.

Not a very healthy store. Online price is different than in store product due to different part number that does not displace in store. Waiting for the staff to find out what happened, it took over 30 minutes. They need to improve the training.

Great products (some may be overpriced), VERY FEW CASHIERS! I always see tons of people in the line, I would give a 3.5 rating if possible.

If you want to look for an electronic item before you purchase it. This is the place to go.

If you like gadgets and electronics, computers, and it s accessories this is a must visit.

Items are organized well per aisles. Per section. It even have a snack bar inside.

Exactly what you would expect from a Fry's. No surprises. Friendly and approachable staff who were very helpful.

Terrible service will never shop on this place ever again service is terrible they rip you off on repairs that's supposed to be under warranty.

I always find what I am looking for and the service is very nice. There is a little nice coffee and food court in the middle of the store where you can grab a bite to eat and chitchat.

I stop by every once in a while for my electronic needs. The selection at this particular location seems to have diminished over the years, especially so relative to their other locations. You might want to try their other locations for a better selection. Prices and service are about average.

Well organized and the deals are.great, parking is always plentiful

They don't sell dc to dc voltage regulators, but they had everything else I needed.

Best and biggest frys. Has a wide selection of just about everything. Always a nice shopping experience.

I've been going to Fry's for years. This location is more or less like the other ones, except it isn't themed (like Campbell's pyramid or Brokaw Rd's Aztec temple).

Prices are always good, and they do match if you show them the competitor's website or ad. There was only one time in the past where they would not honor this, and that was when a discount was way too large. That wasn't here though.

I needed a cheap optical cable to replace my broken one. Fry's had a 1m one for about $7.99 so I placed an online order and it was fulfilled in about an hour or so after opening 9a. When I got to the store they were able to find it right away. My customer service associate wasn't the friendliest, but she was certainly efficient.

The cable work despite my initial misgivings that it was an unknown vendor exclusive to Fry's. It was also really well-made.

One thing I find in Fry's that they need to work one is their agents printing out quotes for customers just for the purpose of collecting commision. It could be for anything, like an HDMI cable. While I respect the hustle, it is simply a waste of my time.

Again, not citing a specific example at this location, but I expect the practice at any Fry's.

I really enjoy how the Arques location is conveniently located next to Lawrence Expy and the 101. Not too busy either!

Better than the average Fry's. Near my place so will definitely be making more return visits in the future.

I think this Fry's has seen better days. The component shelves were only partially stocked and we had a hard time finding the right monitor cable.
