Everything about electronics but many brands are missing

Awful store, people should start buying solely through site like newegg, amazon, outletpc etc. These places are understaffed and offer poor customer service. I ended up not getting anything because i was referred to go to one place and then another and then another within the store itself with nobody actually helping me with a part for a computer.

Variety of products to choose, nicely arranged. Especially if you are interested in DYI computers then this place is a heaven. As you can see variety of products from Computer case, power supplies, cooling fans, SSD, HDD, etc. The prices are good. They have 30 days price match. So buy the products you wish without a second thought.

The Northern California Fry's stores have themes. The Sunnyvale store (which is much larger and has a better parking lot than the Palo Alto Store) is loosely themed for Egypt, though the theme is less and less prevalent as time goes by.

This store is well stocked and easy to navigate with wide aisles. They price match internet prices so if you see a good deal online and you want it right away, Fry's is the place to go.

One of the few Fry's I like the layout of these Fry's. Feels bright and happy. Customer service could better. Well it seems Fry's outlook toward customer service been the same not so high for the past 19 years.

Unfortunately this store feels like they are getting ready to close it. Most of the shelves and aisles are stripped bare, and I was not able to find the items I was looking for.

Love this Frys. They have everything you want and the very best people working in management. Thumbs up.

Expensive place but good spot to look at items first hand before buying online

This place is so big!!! Plan you walk to the right aisle to save some steps ;-)

I tried to purchase an office chair and half of the desk and chair displays were broken.

The place has many choices of anything electronic and good prices, but the store is a Ross Dress for Less of electronics: a zone, attendants with no willingness to help - even you wanting to spend your money in the store - and boxes that I realized, they have a great difficulty in accounting for change. Run to Best Buy that you will get better.

Picked up a few extra accessories and more hardcore gaming hardware for my setup. Was a pleasant experience.

The store is going under a revamp and the shelves were mostly empty. Hope to visit the refurbished and restocked store soon.

Ask for any electronic goods and it us available. Easily identifiable with separate racks.

One of the larger Fry's. Rarely super busy. You can typically find someone to help you.

It's ok, no acknowledgement when you first enter. Didn't know they also sell furniture, office party supplies, office snacks, DVDs, appliances, auto sound parts and cleaning supplies.

It's a huge American electric shop, with everything from toys to electrical products.

Pretty good collection, and the prices match internet prices. They could do something about the check out time, though

Great electronics store. The staff are polite and the displays are interactive. They even allow you to have a coupon book that you can grab beside the entrance. You can find about anything in this store except books. There are huge signs thar allow you to find anything you are looking for. The signs are easy to spot.

Always nice and neat you can always find what your looking for.

So sorry to see this iconic electronic and more retailer go down. We came here since I have lived in the Bay area and at one time you could spend hours in this store. I have purchased many items in my life here but the last year has been very frugal on the inventory. Looks like it is on its last leg.

Its Fry's. Odd selection, odd customer service. I only go for instant gratification of odd electronic bits, of I cant wait for Amazon

Keep this in mind, I did arrive at 8pm and they close at 9pm. Didn't receive any greetings, let-alone, help finding computer components I was not able to find before the store closed. Wasted trip and just push me to Amazon

Big store but it looks like it's an outlet shop falling apart with limited display options.

Fry's is like the Costco of electronics! I can find anything electronic I could possibly want in this store! From computer memory to home theater systems and washers and dryers everything that plugs in under one roof!

Good selection of electronics, video games, etc. plus price matching on most items. Staff can be a little curt, but overall a great place to shop local.

Nice place for Electronics , games ..ect ..they will price match against Best buy and Amazon if the product is sold by Amazon.

Fry's is Fry's, totally unique. They have something of everything. They still sell things other big retailers long since abandoned: wire, prototype components, CPUs. They sell toys, movies, appliances, TVs, and on and on. Their return policy is incredibly generous, but you'll often find repackaged items on the shelves at a slight discount.

Looks like they were close to bankruptcy. Shelves were empty, no stock at all.

I love Fry's. They are great if you know what you want and understand what you are buying. Not for the technologically challenged.

Not as busy as other locations, I've never had any issues here. Always pleasant, in and out.

Household electric appliances. It is convenience that you can get at ease when you think you are missing something like electric appliances, fiddling with the network, fiddling with a computer.

Every time I go, I buy things but it is also good.

It's Fry's, so go in there knowing what you need. Don't ask any questions as they will answer them but don't know what they are talking about. They match online pricing, do do your research.

So many SKU at this place. I hope these guys find a clever way to invent themselves back to glory days.

Purchased the wrong lamp replacement because of the advice of 2 employees there. Cannot return it back because it is a final purchase. This place is a scum, shop online people
