So many choices, so little time.. Great store, good products.

I am disappointed with the sales person in the dishwasher department. Apparently the person who installs the dishwashers have been telling the sales people to inform customers that LG and Samsung brands are bigger and only10% are successfully installed. I had to return it which was very much needed at home and very inconvenient on my end. I also had to call almost two weeks later because they are so incompetent that my refund wasn't even done. I am for sure not getting any big items from this store that requires installation. I can't believe what people do for commission. If you were truly a good and honest person and want the money than do your freakin job and sell correctly. Sometimes I wonder what kind of people Frys hire. Like most people's review on here it's mentioned that most sales people are incompetent. Get a better job if you don't enjoy working here and stop being retards !!!!

Won't price match items that are clearly the same and cheaper at nearby stores. Products are overpriced. Would give 0 stars if I could.

A place that constantly reminds me why we need a brick and mortar shop for electronics. Excellent collection, pricing and customer service

Still the best electronics store around. Always fun to browse and see what kinds of things you never knew you needed.

Went in for an even exchange. Easy peasy. I love Fry's! All kinds of stuff there! I always find something interesting!

Large selection of just about anything you could want as far as electronics. Great selection of components for electronic projects and repairs. Nice little cafe in the middle of the store with friendly staff. Only dinged a start because of lots of "junk" stuff cluttering some of the aisles. We don't live anywhere near a Fry's, but always make it a point to visit one if we are in the area!

Not many items were on the shelves. Some are empty.

I used to love this place when they had good quality products on their shelves. Now the place is but a shadow of it's former greatness.

They don't keep Business class laptops ( Dell latitude / Lenovo Thinkpad ). So I was a bit disappointed. Although I can understand that store can't keep every item. But one expects latest models to be present in store.

Once the universal geek grocery store, Fry's is now a shadow of its former glory. This huge store is declining, with ever narrower ranges and more open space. Look at the shelves and you'll discover why. Damaged boxes, undiscounted open box returns in hurriedly patched boxes alongside new, unremarkable prices, poor quality knockoffs, poor staffing, offhand checkout experience and they add insult to injury with a security check on the way out. The only reason to shop here is if you know you will want to return the item next week.

Absolutely the most uninformed and rude service I ve ever received at an electronics store.

This used to be my go-to place for a quick toy fix. Empty shelves as far as the eye can see.

Not as bad as the palo alto store, but certainly rings "Fry's" when you walk in the door. A huge, vacant floor of somewhat disorganized junk next to unorganized computer hardware. I went to this store to see some computer monitors in person before purchasing one. Many of these monitors weren't configured to the refresh rates they're advertised at, or otherwise not displayed well. The labeling is vague and minimal. The Asus PG278Q monitor was mislabeled as the PG279Q. I will definitely avoid frys in the future if i can, and i suggest you do too.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Didn't have my item but tried to arrange it for me and left no stone unturned. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product (audio). It's Fry's ... And a good Fry's it is.

Inventories getting slim, but still has adequate selection

Mobil accessories shelves are have empty, customer reps hard to find, you really need to look hard to find them, many Mobil accessories not stocked and they're hard to find, drys needs to stock up the phone accessory shelves

Lots of varieties in store. It's only in California, possibly Nevada now.

Overall, its a pretty good store, with a large inventory, and if you look around patiently, you can find some decent deals on electronic components. The reason i cant go 5 stars, is the lack of employees to at least point you in a direction. Ive learned to navigate the store pretty well, and once you know the stores sections, you can find what you need, usually. Like i said, if your patient, and know where to start looking, you can find some decent deals.

Good stuff at cheap prices. Friendly folks. Fast service. Convenient.

What's not to live about Fry's? Everything you need and stuff you don't. Always good prices. I like to let my kids play the demo video games while I shop. Don't forget they have appliances too.

Far cleaner and better organized than the Wilsonville Oregon store I'm used to. Of course that store looks like a middle schooler's bedroom...

Helpful staff. Good place to find anything from small electronic components to big consumer electronics

Very sad because they apparently are closing the business it's almost empty the complete stores. We need them before they had almost everything about electronics items.

One of the largest Frys store in California placed at the middle of Silicon Valley.

It's Frys'. If you know anything about them you will understand why it's 3 stars. For quick access to a majority of all electronic needs, you goto Frys. If your wanting help, or needing to find something quick, you better know EXACTLY what your looking for.

The case that I bought for my cell phone turned out to be dirty and used. It failed totally within two weeks

Liked the place for variety of products. They do match online prices if shown. I found slightly higher or same price as amazon on most of the items. You can get a good deal if you can get open box or refurbished items.

This is a dying, if not already dead store. Once a flagship electronics hub for everything, is now sad looking with most shelves empty.

Like others, I used to love going to this place because of its massive inventory and ability to find whatever I needed in relation to tech. Unfortunately as I came in today to buy a new mouse, I was stunned at how empty and lifeless the store had become. Many empty shelves where they were once filled, lacking variety, and 0 hands on displays of any kind to help me make a decision. Probably will not return for any of my tech needs.

Inventory is disheveled on display and the store personnel are unfriendly. I think they will close soon

Anything and everything electronic. I'm from Minnesota. Best Buy doesn't have any competition there. Haven't been to Best buy here. But Fry's has huge selections of everything. And the gadgets. Tons of gadgetry

I was looking for a 8amp250v fuse and couldn't find it.

This is one of the largest electronics store in the Bay Area. A huge collection of electronics/gadgets, etc. A great place to spend time if you are tech geek!

A classic brick and mortar. Each Fry's has its own theme. They match internet pricing, so if you want to buy something today or need the ability to return defective items easily, then this is a good choice.

Not sure what the theme is for this Fry's, but I love the selection of network supplies and surveillance cameras.

Standard Frys. Decent amount of both good stuff and gimmicks. Great place to kill some time.

I regret it almost every time I go into a Fry's. They're massive, nearly all the employees work on commission and it can often been hard to get help when you need it. All that being said it's one of the only electronics chains left and they are worthy of being commended for that. Make sure you know what you want before you go in and don't make a purchase decision based on what the sales people say.

I used to love this place, and I always came here to buy thing other stores didn't have at a unbeatable price. But then the shelves went empty, and I can't get anything anymore

They still have a lot of merchandise but that huge store is eerily empty. No business can last that way much longer.

Like a ghost town that sells smaller ghost towns but they re running really low on ghost towns so it s mostly just ghost town inside.

Frys has lost its leadership to onlines and now sells junk, refurbs, sales people are hard to find, do not know the stock, where to find it, & if it's sold out or not. I miss The MicroCenters competition.

Friendly customer service but they didn't have what I needed. The service rep told me they had it so I looked. Wasted my time.

Store has almost all types of elrctronics products but limited options from a single product type to choose.

Cheap electronics at the low, low price of your soul. Know what you are looking for prior to arrival, get it, and get out. Better yet just buy online from a company that isn't akin to an evil empire.

Love this store! It's quirky, with tons of crazy stuff, and prices which match the Internet - even beat them! And really nice folks who work there. Just don't NOT go in expecting deep knowledge - their ultra-low prices mean they aren't paying for product experts - but unlike the Internet you can actually see and handle the game before you buy. Recommended.

This place feels like walking into the 90's, but in a bad way. The place hasn't been updated and do not feel like it has any chance to survive. Restrooms are poorly maintained, been patched fixed. Some of the items for sale seems like party leftovers scattered across the store. Fry's used to be that place for hackers to get supplies for their innovations. In the electronic section I saw several already opened mini LEDs that been taped. Prices are not compatible with what you'll find online. No wonder the parking lot is empty...

Merchandise is still there the whole experience seems a bit dour though

I recently bought three home flood light bulbs and found one to be not working at all. I exchanged with another one which got burnt within one day. I decided not buy anything from this store.
