This place!! I will say this about Friendship Ford of Bristol. They made it incredibly easy and stress-free. I was fascinated by the facility from the moment I pulled in to the parking lot. Everything was very smooth and simple.

Josh was extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. He made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and he helped us find it. He also showed us all of the technical features of the truck and answered all of our questions. He didn't pressure us in any way which made our buying experience enjoyable. We highly recommend Friendship Ford and particularly Josh Kyte.
We only received 1 key and no owners manual for our purchase..we are out $200.00 for extra key and manual. I feel like both should have been available to us when we purchased the vehicle.

I was unable to purchase the Santa Fe I wanted due to finances, but I was treated very respectfully. Jeremiah Harris was very helpful and worked hard doing everything he could to help me get financing. I will return to Friendship when I am able to make a purchase.
Refused to look at transmission until it was OUT OF WARRANTY. Took car in to have cruise control switch replaced. Did NOT replace switch but found $3000 in "needed repairs". Catalytic converter, etc.
Terrible experience. Non customer friendly. Searched the lot for over 15 minutes. Salesmen driving around on golf carts, not one stopped to help. Gates are closed during business hours. We'll take our business elsewhere.
Never been happier with the car I got from Friendship Ford. Judy helped me so much and was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Judy/the Friendship gang to anyone needing to make a car purchase. Would give 10 stars if possible!
I have gone to Friendship for many years now and have purchased vehicles from them as well as utilized their service department on many occasions. Friendship has always been fair on pricing as well as accomodating for service. The best part of walking in the Service Department & Dealership is seeing faces of employees that have been there for years as well. This tells me the company treats them fairly as well (or there would be large turnover) and they are usually smiling and polite. This makes Friendship Ford and Service an overall great place to do business with, for me. Keep up the good work and please continue to treat your teams well! It shows to customers whether businesses realize it or not. :-)
The sales person (Josh B.) Was very pushy and wouldnt even let me think for 2 seconds. He was very rude and cocky. Was more worried about making money than costumer service. So we left there and went staight to bill gatton chevy right up the road. Got the car for a little more than I wanted to pay a month, but it was well worth it to me because my sellsman (Mike Barr) was amazing! Very sweet and just let us enjoy car shopping. I recommend Bill gatton chevy to anyone looking for a new car! They have just about everything! Also, we Will go there for all our new chevy needs
Worked with Anthony Campbell - very helpful and low pressure. Highly recommend. Process of purchasing very smooth. Only complaint was financing choice but overall was very happy with total experience. Also really enjoying the expedition we bought - smooth ride, roomier than our 2016 expedition and better gas mileage with more safety features.

I saw multiple vehicles that i absolutely love; the sales associate Lucais recommended various models and was extremely helpful. He gave me his business number and I was told to call at anytime. I will certainly be purchasing my vehicle from this dealership - great prices, models, and sales associates!
I really like this dealership. Adam is an awesome salesman and their sales manager was awesome. I received great treatment at this dealership unlike other dealerships in the past. This is the second car I have bought from them and they have never let me down. They even made sure I could take my new car home in time for my bday! I would definitely recommend buying a car from friendship.
We hadn't bought a new car in 17 years my dealer James moffett was great he helped us to get our Ford escape with no down payment and no interest he helped me program my phone in the car he set me up on Ford pass it was after hours at my insurance company he called the main office and I was all set before I pulled off the lot he was great we go down the road just s mileing I love the Ford escape it has great pull out power both our family's love it we have all ready run a tank of gas out g iveing rides

I appreciate the fact that I took my car to the service department and they where very honest and up front with me about what repairs I needed for my mustang, I didn t try to tell me this and that it needed. They repaired what needed to be done and the costs where fairly reasonable! Over all I m very happy with the process of all! Thank you, Friendship Ford service dept.
My first experience dealing with Friendship and I am very happy with my experience. My salesman has gone out of the way to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle and has taken the time to chat, even on his days off. At the time of pick up, car was cleaned and full of gas and waiting on me. Highly recommend them for your next car purchase.

I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Rick Hodge at the cabin which is the used car lot up on the left was very courteous and accommodating. They made my car buying experience enjoyable. They offer 4,500 mile or 90 days warranty on the used vehicles. Can't say enough good things. I hope they keep up with the excellent customer service it goes a long way in my book.
Overall experience was very good...not much hassle getting a reasonable price on a new f150. Fair amount for my trade-in. The salesperson, David Minor, was excellent and very attentive to some of the details of getting me on the road, e.g, getting a front license tag bracket for my VA tags. Always got back to me quickly with any questions, even on his day off. Will be sending him some prospects.
I was on a quick trip and began having car trouble. I stopped in to see if I could have my car looked at. The service department was absolutely fantastic. Honestly the friendliness of the company. I would consider driving from Florida when I am ready to purchase another new car.
They provided amazing customer service and worked with me through some tough problems. Even when the dealership I bought my car from wouldn t make the effort to help me, the service department at Friendship went out of their way to get me what I needed.
Matt was great and really made the process easy. Even the paperwork went quickly and I was on the road in my new (to me) car! There was a little hiccup with the paintwork but they have taken care of that with very little inconvenience on my end. The only "complaint" I have is that most of the sales staff was wearing UT/orange the day I went in. Some blue and gold would have been nice. :)

Nice people and the service center is great. Worked with them before and was a better experience before than now. Did not have the color or model options we wanted. They also ate up my$2000 Ford loyalty cash the$1000 trade in assist and$3000 Ford incentive was totally eaten up when we told them we had a trade in. Totally disappointed in this experience. Was the same for Johnson City, Kingsport and Lebanon Ford dealerships. We drove 5 1/2 hours north to get all the incentives off the car I wanted. Saved $7000. To me that is a lot.
I just bought a Jeep from there, Gabe and Brandon are amazing. It took me a little bit to make up my mind and they were very patient with me. I love my Jeep and owning a mustang I will definitely be coming back.

Mark Etter was very helpful with my purchase, especially since we were walking around in the rain. He even transferred everything from my Explorer to my new Escape. I would highly recommend him and Friendship Ford.
HOWEVER: There was a lack of professionalism at the Ford/Volvo/Hyundai service counter. The on-line service scheduling is totally useless as I scheduled on-line only to be rejected at the counter and forced to reschedule for another day. Had time allowed, I would have gone to another dealer.
Update: 03/11/17 I had my F350 serviced again at Friendship Ford on Volunteer Pkwy. Good service, Cody was very helpful. Again, the bossy woman behind the counter with the crappy attitude ruins the experience. They should dump her butt.
I own a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria and thought I was going to have to have the IAC valve replaced. After inspection and testing by the technician at Friendship, it turned out that all that was needed was a throttle body cleaning. I was expecting to have to spend all day at the dealership but, they had me back on the road in about an hour.
We love every minute of our experience at Friendship. Nathaniel, Scott, and Gabe were wonderful to work with and the warranty can't be beat. Would recommend to anyone. Truly painless car- buying experience.

The day I bought the car went well; however, upon leaving, I received nothing from them in the mail. And it s been nearly a month. My first payment is due in two weeks and I ve still not received anything. When I email the representative who helped me make the purchase, he takes a while to respond then I never hear back from him. I haven t received my license plates or anything of that nature..it ll be 1 month on the 15th. Normally I don t do bad reviews but this has me worried. Only giving 4 stars because I love my car.
The team at Friendship Ford was amazing. I bought pre-owned from them and the experience was nothing but excellent. I would drive the 300 mile trip again to buy from them. Highly recommend.

Service department is always good to work with us on scheduling and values us, I often ask for a discount and receive some type, unfortunately sales is not so - if it wasn't for the service dept I wouldn't buy anything from them
These are caring people, helpful and honest. I worked with Gabe Hawley and he went out of his way to do all he could to keep me within my budget. Also, they ve got a really great looking new dealership on West State Street in Bristol, Tennessee...the best I ve ever seen yet and it definitely says welcome when you pull onto the parking lot and enter the building.
So drop by and be surprised by the most courteous and honest staff at any Ford dealership in the Tri-Cities. Five stars all the way!!

Was offered only $500 for my trade-in when I already knew beforehand its trade-in value was AT LEAST $1,000 - $1,200 in its current condition. It's truly shameful and disappointing when it seems people are trying to take advantage of you. You go looking at a car (Ford Fusion) that is priced on the internet at under $8,000, they say "I'll give you $500 for your car as a trade-in," then they show you the full price with everything (trade-in supposedly included) and some bs "processing fee," and it SOMEHOW still ends up being well over $9,000 with having a trade-in AND a starting price on the internet of only $7,988! With my trade-in, they most likely could have let me have the car for around $6,800 plus tax and could have still made a decent profit on it (I know these cars are marked up significantly). So nope, I probably won't ever try to deal with these people again.
