This facility is not consumer friendly. The staff are not helpful even when you explain you have never been there. There are 2 lobbies which was not indicated when my appointment was made. If you're in a wheelchair, there is a dangerous ramp between the 2 lobbies. No one tells you the procedure to validate parking. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I then had to wait an additional hour to be called back to see doctor. In the meantime, there was no social distancing in the waiting room. The ventilation was poor. I pointed that out to an employee wearing a "Safety" badge. No response. I mentioned it to a nurse. No response. If I test positive for COVID19, it's due to this visit. And to end it, $9.00 to park car. I cannot avoid this facility for at least another month. If you can, find another facility to see your physician!
I been going to Penn Family for about 2 years. And I always got good services. From them. My PCP. Dr. Michael Scott. And my Neurologist. And all my other Dr.s
I just in the neighborhood. No parking! High traffic zone!
Great experience. Building very clean, staff attentive & professional.
I work with several clients out of the Science Center - and it is truly an awesome building - I wish I could have my own office space there!
A great research park hosting very cool scientific startup companies.
This relatively new building houses A lot if different organizations. Good spaces for meetings
I took someone there to get a blood test taken. Since Covid-19, none is allowed in these buildings except the patients.
The USMLE step 2 CK is administered in one of the buildings connected to the science center.
Very friendly staff. Very clean waiting room & exam room.
