Exceptional service, especially considering we did not purchase our Ford from them. Frankie Morris, our service advisor, went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We are moving to the Bristol area and will definitely do business with Friendship Ford in the future.

Same day appointment for a diesel oil change!! We were in & out with the service completed in less time than it took the Johnson City Ford location to find an available appointment & diesel mechanic. So happy we found Friendship Ford!!!

My experience with Friendship Ford was pleasant. Upon arrival I was greeted in the parking lot by a salesman. Josh was very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff I spoke with during my visit there. I told him what I was interested in and the price range. He showed me what he had, the features on the vehicle. I took the vehicle for a test drive and really liked it. He never pressured me and he didn't talk down to me, something I had experienced in the past. We negotiated a deal that was fair, with everything up front, nothing hidden. I highly recommend this dealership.
