Friendly’s Restaurant Review

For being on the property of the main facility its sad. Employees clearly dont want their jobs food is ok on most days. If a decent meal is what you're looking for and not any type of service then order up.... cleaning outside of the normal routine should be done more regularly(same splatter of ice cream on one of the signs inside the pick-up area for months) I've only experienced takeout Never have dined in for what its worth.

Fries were trash but burgers, A1. 7/10 would recommend. Support local business.

Pleasantly surprised... Service was very good this visit. Food is always good, ice-cream is always great. Service is the deciding factor for friendly's and they did a good job this time!

Loved the food but some the Shirley Temple's are way too sugary but still it was great

Best friendlys, we love honey mustard and we got a cup of it. I think her name may have been Hernande (if not sorry, that s on the receipt) but we appreciate it!

Small portions & poor quality=food. Service was also sub par.

TO GO ORDER totally messed up. Waitress delivered fries with her fingers INSIDE THE CARTON. Forgot to give me drinks and ice cream. A 15 minute order took almost an hour. Had to turn around and go back for missing items. Terrible service

Salad was fresh and tasteful! Outdoor seating was wonderful on this day

The food was fine. It was the fact that it needs cleaning. The bathrooms were a mess. Tables left with all the dishes left on them. I haven't been to a Friendly's in a while and I probably won't be back to this one anytime soon.

Need to clean mens room badley stunk its a wonder they dident close it down yet big yeet

The staff is wonderful every time we go! I don't think I've ever had a complaint...enjoy!

Went there a few times and it was really good. They are inexpensive with really good food.
Fribbles are amazing for sure. Had coupons.

Customer service was alright. got the orders and didn t mess up. Ordinary experience nothing too bizarre.

The Cobb salad was awful, the avocado seemed like it was frozen previously, had no flavor, and the chicken certainly was not roasted unfortunately it was the worst salad i ever had in a restaurant, definitely NOT worth the hefty $9 something price tag. I only gave them 2 stars because our server was nice!

Well despite it being so slow the ice cream was actually great. Got a Jim dandy and was pretty impressed. What I did not like was the fact that for one it took about 20 minutes for 2 ice creams with barely anyone in line but secondly I seen one guy taking out the ice cream from a big tub and placing it into a smaller one, he had gloves but you could see he was getting it on his arms and making skin contact.

It is the quintessential New England eatery, good burgers and entrees. Creamy ice cream with lots of flavors. Prices are soft on the wallet.

Service was good , and food pretty good for the price.

I d give zero stars if I could, horrible service. Every employee has attitude when you confront them about a problem even if it s they're fault.

They have good employees. they maintain with cleanness but sometimes you get that waitress that's having a bad day.

The staff was e,freely polite and quickly prepared and served our meal.

Kid was super high and incompetent. Loved it as a kid but over it now

I got the worst service this morning. We sat down, we waited for our server at least a good 15 minutes and mind you, its not busy at all. So she came to our table, took our order and seems to forget about us because we never got our food, she never came to check on us.

Service is terrible and cleanliness is non existent

I think on some days we could have 70 cent Ice cream

10yrs ago or so I would frequent at least twice a month,they may have less pricey deals now but even when ordering $10up meal you might as well look into less pricey for same amount of food,also waitress could have been "friendlier" n not rush customers to order,also if asking if we need it anything else maybe let someone breath to answer instead of starting to walk away.

Food was great. Manager was observed being very disrespectful to another employee in front of many customers.

Server was pleasant, food and prices were good, service a bit slow.

Epically poor service made my experience less than a good one. Right next to corporate HQ, I expected better.

Stood there for over five minutes waiting to order after my friend had while the employees looked around and did nothing. They eventually asked as we were leaving. Incompetence. Better off at DQ or anywhere that serves ice cream for that matter.

Waited over 25 min for 1 breakfast sandwich. The women should took my order was absolutely amazing and friendly and did her job. The kitchen was overwhelmed...

The food was good but the servings were very small.

Poor service..13 minutes to be seated.. took orders and left menus on table for the whole dinner...cold clam chowder, not acceptable. Many dirty tables not being cleaned...poor experience. Won't be back!

I went out with my friend to friendly's for lunch and I had a cheeseburger with French fries and I some water and it was very good and the employee who took our orders did a very good job and I was very impressed with the employees keeping the restaurant clean and the food was very good and the service was very good and I would go back their again and I would recommend friendly's to everyone to go to for good food and good service.

Went to Friendly's today for my granddaughters 6th birthday. Food was delicious and the kids had a great time. Servers sang a birthday song and service was great. Gave a huge tip to her (everything was perfectly served).

Food was cold, fries were soggy. Had chicken quesadilla, with waffle fries, disgusting! Left my food. Never would go back to this Friendly's again!!

Love this place. A New England iconic restaurant chain. Love the new menu. Very good food, good price, and a great value. Dont forget the ice cream sunday!

Poor cleaning service this bathroom are unusable. We reported the situation no 1 take care of this. Can you imagine if you going to eat and go to the bathroom washed your hands this bathroom is this condition. I take pictures. I not recommends this store

We ordered the turkey dinner and a burger with fries. The turkey was dry. The burger and fries were good but it was a small portion. I even ordered the more expensive one because it was supposed to be a larger portion.
We ordered sundaes that are made with hot fudge. Both had chocolate syrup on them.

Great place to grab traditional comfort food. Burgers, grilled dogs, salads, and some seafood. Efficient, friendly service.
Great ice cream options, and it's all made fresh locally in Wilbraham, Mass.

Good meal. Manager was totally inappropriate talking very loudly about another manager and her daughter.

I am here a hour before the close and only getting a scoop of ice cream and1 milk shake the girl sees she has another ice cream and say way the fuvk and continue to swar over and over in front my 9 year pls daughter some girl says u can have the tip they left me she says I don't want a dollar ,she's very rude it seems very rude fellow employees and has said about 12 major swars in front of many customers and seems in greatful to any customer to leave a tip ppl who come pick up there food don't HAVE to tip everyone can only afford what they can sorry its not enough for u I will never tip anyone here again in less eating in cuz sorry I do t have a 5 spot to pick up a milk shake,and wont cone in this one either way I only come in with my 9 yr old and shes herd more swars here in 15 then in a life time

Been eating at this chain for 30+ years. Sad to see the downsizing. Food is always good, but the portions getting smaller every year.
