I don't understand how they run a business like th...

I don't understand how they run a business like this, I dropped my truck off over 2 days ago and I can almost never talk to anyone and those I do talk to have no answers. It seems because I only have 1 truck I don't matter. I need to go back to work but they still have no answers for me. OOLM ( owner operator lives matter )

I like this place, they always have that one part ...

I like this place, they always have that one part you are looking for. Especially if OMAR is there. That guy is like a super computer! He will find that part you looking for even if you don t have a vin#, part number or much of anything else. Sometimes I don t know know what I need and he still just finds it. Thank you OMAR for your great service and help. God bless you. Note that the line sucks sometimes but I guess you can t win it all.

Wish I could select Zero stars.
Brought my Monaco RV in and had Kirk (RV manager)drive with me in it about a noise coming from drivers side drive axle. He said her heard enough and knew what to tell his mechanics. Later that day I received an estimate for just over $10,000. to replace the entire rear end. He said it was bad and metal was in the differential. I reminded him that the noise was coming from the drivers side main axle and questioned how it could be the drive train and differential. Kirk said that the sound was just resonating over there. I then called Monaco and asked if this was something that they have heard about on a coach that only had 41k miles. When a Monaco representative stated he had been at Monaco for over 20 years and he has "Never" heard of a rear end going bad I knew I was being scammed. I paid the $300 diagnoses fee and by recommendation of the RV forums went to Massey in Phoenix that specializes in Heavy equipment Drivetrain and Chassis. They sent it out and said the rear end is perfect (no metal in differential fluid) and only needed a bearing on the drivers side axle. They fixed it with labor and parts for around $1,000. I have since driven to Oregon and back (approx. 3000 miles) and it has been perfect!
Thank goodness for an honest shop like Massey and shame on you Freightliner of Arizona!

I have spent over $10,300 in Parts at this place within the last month and one of the parts gentlemen's told me that I had not paid for a few items and demanded payment and said he was going to go check the security cameras I told him to go ahead if there was a mistake it was on his part I will never go back to this Freightliner that only happens once to me and I also canceled future sales

Parts wait is horrible. Went in for 2 cheap quick find parts only for it to take me 2 HOURS. I see they re redoing the whole parts area. Just hoping this will drastically increase service times in the parts dept. I have no experience with sales or service at this location.

All day to replace a water valve that should ve taken two hours at the most and decided needed to rewire something around alternator then replaced the wrong valve. $650 and nothing accomplished but a wasted day time and money. If could give no stars I would.

Waited over 6 hours for an estimate! Waited 3 hours for paperwork to be done! Customer service was horrible! Nobody communicated with you to let you know what was going on! DO NOT GO HERE! Part was 200.00 they wanted to charge $1500.00 to put it on.

Came in at 8:30am and still here at 8:30pm...to have four batteries replaced under warranty. That's not the worst part...the lack of communication during the process is lacking. The preach "Whatever it takes" but sadly seems very much less. The driver lounge is comfy, but I'd much rather be earning money, not wasting it on vending machines!

Edit: The delay for the warranty wasn't the fault of the service department. That was an internal error on our part. So we are out the door and headed to our next port of Call!

This is the worst place to take to your truck, specifically if you are small business owner operator,they rib you off your dollars and nothing is done for you. the part section the line is crazy poor service.

This place should not allowed to be in business! The only thing they're good at is, giving customers the runaround. You call for status of your vehicle and it takes them at least half an hour to give you something. Noticed that depending on who you talked to, you got a different story each time. They had my big rig 16 days and didn't start on it until the last three days, when they realized I had enough of their B.S.! All truckers should avoid this place like the plague! I've never seen a more unorganized, piss poorly run facility in all my life, other than the VA of course!

Very limited selection of parts. If you can find someone at there work station they act as if you are an inconvenience. They have a cute little sign in the hall way that I in no way think they live up to.

Came in for a sensor that was covered under warranty and to check a step that was loose. I specifically said if there was a cost that and estimate was requested. After 5.5 hours and 1 he for paperwork they are wanting over 90.00 to tighten a bolt. Very poor communication and when you have work done make sure you ask for estimate!

After getting my RV back for repairs I noticed my King Dome was missing off my roof (not something you look at everyday, went on the roof for something else and discovered it gone). I knew it was up there prior to taking it in as I had used my TV prior to bringing it in. I brought my coach in on Sunday, August 4th, as my appointment was early Monday and didn't want to fight early morning traffic. Kirk Ault (service manager) suggested I do this and that they have security patrolling the area all the time. Weeks after being home (locked in my backyard) I discovered the theft. I called Kirk to tell him my findings and asked if he could pull up security camera coverage. He said they don't have cameras, just guards that roam the area. he said he has a picture he took of my coach Monday morning (he was going to send me but never did) that shows the King Dome missing so it had to have been taken off Sunday night while the guard was somewhere else. Now Kirk tells me they are not responsible for stolen items even though he suggested I bring it in Sunday and they have good security .
The servicing of my coach was great but I refuse to continue to do business with a company that won't protect my property when it's in their care!
I was told of this service center by a fellow RV'er and you can bet I'll let everyone I come it contact with in the RV world of my experience!

New owners do not work with owner operators. No discounts for anyone, charge the mega carriers what you want but don t do the small guys like that. They don t even give the employees discounts!?!?! Corporate America trying to get into trucking smh. I will never buy anything from any these guys again.

Parts department here is easy to work with, there's usually a wait if you walk in, they're faster on the phone since there's more people working the phones. The service department is a huge disappointment. I brought my truck in for an alignment and was told I needed to purchase several parts which were not in stock (it was a kenworth but I know parts are available locally) I ended up getting most of the parts myself from local places and getting them cheaper. I guess they didn't like that because they charged my 4 hours labor to install the torque arms I bought. If you know what a torque arm on the drive axles you know it doesn't take anywhere near 4 hours to install. When the job was done I ended up with a bill totaling almost $1700...some charges were too much such as the torque arm install, others were about right. Paid the bill and hit the road and saw the truck still pulled to the right. I was told that was due to some irregular tire wear and when I replaced the steer tires it would be corrected. Replaced the tires and it actually made the alignment worse. Will be taking it back.

Got my WS 5700XE from Tim, sales person, came all the way from westmont il, best deal, awesome customer service, very friendly people and no hidden agendas as you might think a dealer can be.

Great body shop, they did a great job in less then a day, thanks Dana and Mike.

Service is top of the line, very professional, Junior is the best , he can hook you up with anything.

I will go back in 6 weeks to buy another western star 5700 xe. Great truck

Slow to diagnose, then waited over 1 1/2 hrs after waiting 5 hrs to check a check engine light.to get paperwork from mechanic. Turned out to be a clogged air filter and a forced
Regin. Total bill over $580.00. Would never use again.

Left the truck with them for a 24hrs period for them to fix 3 minor things. Called and they had no idea where the truck was when they found it they told me they had not done anything to the truck. Won't be coming back to this facility ever.

The people who answered my call gave me by far the worst customer service I've ever had, I was transferred between 15 people and not one answered the phone

Went in to Service Department at 0730 today, waited for at least 30 minutes with out being seen or asked how I could be helped. All the service writers did was argue amongst eachother and paid more attention to answering phones than pay attention to the actual customers in front of them. I just took my money somewhere else !

My experience here has been a nightmare. There shop foreman never called to get approval to do work on replacing axle seal an brakes. So we sat for almost 2 days while I was on there ass trying to get the work done. This franchise is ISO 9001 certified. They have in place to prevent this kind of business practices. They are certified in customer service from ISO 9001. Anyone here giving a good review works for them. I found that out also. It's a joke. I will not come here again.

Were do I start every time I show up have the biggest lines only to be helped by someone who thinks they know it all and and is rude not all of them are like that but 85% of their guys up front are not forgetting every time I call tom place an order the part I'm looking for is not in and have to pay a 35 dollar shipping for next day air if not it will take for ever to get here 60% of the time they don't have it in stock every time I put mob stuff on will call and show ups they can't find my companies name or they give me the wrong parts even with me giving them my vin number many times I am told to remove part only to take it in and behind told part is not ins stock and have to order it in sign on side of cashier says they value our business yet most of the guys are rude think there know it all and when you ask them a question that you know they answer I'm not a mechanic not to say very time I place a will call I'm never told the price on the part I ordered to show up with a high price heard the guys saying they get bonus checks for sales maybe that explains why all the fees for parts they are suppose to be in stock but never are

At first when I showed up I was very impressed with the setup and the speed that they could get the truck in and left it there for a few days $579 for an oil change I can't believe it seriously recommend going anywhere else.
True they looked at some other items but no other work was performed. In addition they we're informed to contact us before anything was to be done, in no way would we have aproveds uch outrageous prices.

This place services are bad. Waiting on will call is hour. Waiting on parts is 2 hours. The manager is worse. Waited to do will call and had to wait for my number. But other will call didn't have to wait. Got help right away.been driving for Travel Center of America for 8 years here. This place gets worse every year.

Nice enough Lounge to wait for your truck to be worked on, except they never got around to looking at the truck! And then to be charged for basically the time spent in the yard is astronomically inexcusable! From what I understand though none of the velocity Truck Centers are any better or I would say go to a different one!

We bought our truck from Freightliner of tolleson az and we ve had nothing but problems. They sold us a truck that was not reliable. They said it was DOT inspected. We don t think so as we ve had one air leak after another. There have bee so many problems with this truck that we won t be buying another one from them. They should have gone over the truck before it was out on the lot to be sold. Don t trust this place at all!

3 days and they haven't even gave an estamate. I've talked to 3 service reps the only thing they said the same is that they haven't given an estimate they didn't even know the differential oil in the front differential smelled burnt. If you have to make a living don't bring tour truck here they don't care. Now it's been 7 days and they just discovered the first thing on the write up and want to write up another estimate to send to the company this Is the worst company

I checked in my truck yesterday at 15:30. They told me they'll do diagnosis to determine what was wrong with my truck after I told them i had issues with regeneration all the time. Story short, the diagnosis took way over the 2 hours turn around time they keep preaching to us. From 15:30 to now 19:20 I'm still here waiting for the diagnosis and the repair quotation. My take.. there's luck of good management thus lots of incopetency. Mechanics are out every 15 minutes smoking and buying time. This place is only good for buying parts and taking it somewhere else for repairs period.

Had a part in my brake master cylinder get stuck and Smoked the brakes on our M2 business class Freightliner. These folks were open at 8:30 pm when I finally limped in and got my truck in line for evaluation the next morning. The service writer got on our truck first thing the next morning.... They put there very best technician on the job which did a fantastic overhaul of our hydraulic brake system and git us back in the road quickly. The service writer constantly keep us in the loop and up to date with cost and job progress. We could have not been more satisfied with work done as well as the communication that they had with us. A totally professional clean organized shop and staff. A special thanks to Junior & Geno for a great job.

Don't plan anything else for the day if you have any kind of work done here!! They don't take appointments so I showed up a half hour before the doors opened to have front 2 tires changed and an alignment done. After 4 hours they notified me the tires wouldn't be changed and they were wrapping up the alignment. Another 4 hours later I finally recieved my truck and was able to leave!!

I only use the dealerships to buy parts, the only reason I would be in a dealerships repair shop would be because I broke down outside of Los Angeles, can't hardly afford the high per hour rates dealerships charge that's why I do what needs to be done back in Wilmington CA where the mechanical work is a ALOT LESS.

When are we going to be able to give 0 stars? I brought my truck in on Friday at 4:45 pm, yeah it's the weekend, but Today is Monday and it has not gone "into the shop" yet. Every time I call to check on the truck they pass the buck on the"group" that is going to be working on it. I was told Friday that they would look at it Friday night, but it probably wouldn't get worked on until Saturday morning. Noone told me it wouldn't get looked at until Monday until I called on Sunday wondering when they were going to look at it. Then I got the real story and a partial apology. They assigned it to the chassis group, but Noone was there to look at it on the weekend. OK, why didn't someone tell me this until Sunday? Really, is it that hard to tell the truth? 3 nights at the Quality Inn, 5 stars to the hotel, was very accommodating. At this point I have no competence that my truck will be done today because who knows if the chassis group even works 24 hours. They obviously don't work on the weekend so I doubt it. I'll update if I need to add anything, but if you can avoid avoid avoid. Find a nice nice little shop and wait a day for parts, you'll be saving yourself time and money.
