Ordered parts verified all were in stock by parts man. One hour drive to pickup parts, one piece missing so truck down another day. Parts man stated would have part shipped in from alternate local store and would arrive next day. Called next day to find part was not at alternate location and would be another day that truck down. Had left my contact number upon initial order and never received a call.

This one of the best service centers in the countr...

This one of the best service centers in the country. They place is clean people are friendly and work is completed in a timely manner. I was nervous about coming to. Freightliner shop after the beating I got from Lonestar Freightliner. I will be back when I need work on a truck.

Most of staffs are friendly but I wouldn't recommend this place for body shop. The manager doesn't seem to treat customers with respect. His service is reflected by his "mood of the day". Makes customer agitated. Rude and impolite. Terrible experience.

My dad and I walked into get our truck serviced. They told us they would call us with an estimate, but they never called us back. We went to the office five times to just find out what the estimated repair price would be. (This service department never details their invoices and instead just provides a lump sum.) When my dad decided he didn't have enough money to do the repair because the repair cost was too expensive, they told us that they had to close up the car. They then made us wait another four hours to "close up the car." We were stranded at the dealership until they could bring the car back out. They then told us we had to pay for the taking apart and putting back together of the car. This payment totaled more than 40% of the labor charge they were originally going to charge us for the repair. Added to this is the fact that no one at this office seems to know what kindness or civility is. Everyone is mean, and condescending. There is no empathy and obviously, no sense of apology.

Oh god this place is horrible, people there are nasty and very unprofessional. They are soooo expensive and they add extra work and charge more . Never ever go there again . Don t ever ever make the mistake and take take to that nasty place .

Stopped at the Tolleson location to see if they had a coolant supply line in stock. I went to the service department and spoke with Randy, he was very nice. He said he would be able to take my truck in for repair if the part was available . So I went to the parts department and purchased the part. Randy did say it would be better to wait the following day to get it replaced , because they close at midnight and It was 8:40 pm when I was there , so I waited until the morning and went to speak with Jody. Jody said she could not take my truck that I would have to wait hours! Even though I was the first truck in line that morning! The supply line takes about a half an hour to replace and only has two snap rings on each side by the way. She was so rude and dismissive and rolled her eyes at me. Horrible customer service from Jody!! I will never go there again!! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!!

We purchased a new 40' diesel pusher in Ft Myers, FL and we were taking a leisurely trip across the southern US with plans to eventually return to our home in Oregon. We had zero problems with the new rig until reaching Benson, AZ. We stopped in the Walmart to replenish and upon our return found a note on our door from some kind soul who said it looked like we had a coolant leak. Sure enough there was a 12" in diameter stain on the pavement near the front of the side mounted radiator. This was new from our overnight spot as my pre-trip survey was fine. I was able to see it was minimal and our fluid levels were fine. As we continued west monitoring our transmission and engine temperatures with periodic stops for reassessments I got on the phone to Freightliner and explained the problem. (Thank goodness Carrie does the majority of the driving to free me up for the task) I had researched this motorhome purchase extensively down to which type of chassis I wanted underneath the coach. Freightliner or Spartan. Both available for the coach I wanted. Same cost, very similar features. I leaned toward Spartan since the higher end motorhomes were more likely to be found on a Spartan chassis. In the end it turned out the MH with the options I wanted was available on a Freightliner and I would have to custom order the Spartan version. Freight liner it was. Now this problem, should I have waited for the Spartan? The 24/7 number was answered promptly by Rick, who turned out to be a knowledgeable technician, and he asked about my route along with questions about the leak which had virtually stopped. He arranged for me to pull into Freightliner of Arizona in Tolleson, AZ. I was to call the service manager, Kirk, and he would work us in when we got there and even offered to keep someone after hours if needed. We were in and out in an hour and half with our cooling system pressure tested, the offending hose clamp tightened and the rest checked. The facility was extensive, clean and modern. The waiting lounge had shower facilities (for long haul truckers), free internet, TV, drinks and a large quiet area to wait. I checked the internet and found that I could have had my Spartan chassis serviced there as well. Thanks Rick and Kirk for keeping us on track and reassuring us that customer service is a priority for Freightliner and Freightliner of Arizona. We may well become Arizona snowbirds for our service needs.

In my opinion this is one of the best and most competent service departments I have ever used. They work on a lot of trucks. Translation: They know what they are doing and font need to hit a home run on your job. The estimates they have given me they have nailed on the button. No unpleasant surprises at checkout. Compare that with others that insist on an open checkbook to work on your truck. Huge parts department that has every gadget you could ask for. This is why I want a Freightliner for my next truck.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star... A...

Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star... Actually, maybe 1 star is appropriate. They were very nice over the phone when I asked about getting a PM done on my truck. I asked about making an appointment and was told there was no need. If I arrived around the time they opened, I would get right in and it will only take 2-2 1/2 hours to complete and will get me right back on the road again.

I guess they deserve 1 star for being so convincing and so nice while straight out lying to you. I'm sure they have to practice a lot. I know I wouldn't be able to be so blatant when lying straight to someone's face knowing that I am cheating them. Being an Owner Operator, everything coming out of your pocket, plus not putting in the miles that day and possibly the next, really puts a damper on things for the next couple of weeks. These people don't seem to care in the slightest.

I arrived at Velocity at 7:30 am. I checked in telling them I needed a PM done and also needed the drivers side windshield replaced, a couple of sockets weren't working and needed those looked at and needed a cover for a fuse box under the hood. They said it would be no problem. They will have it all completed by 3-4pm. That seemed a little extreme to me, but maybe it takes a long time to find a fuse box lid, who knows...

It is now 5:30 pm and Velocity says now that they should have everything done by 7:30... TOMORROW MORNING. They have completed the PM and looked at the sockets and are replacing them. What took so long? They say that my company took a long time to approve the cost. Unbeknownst to them, my company copied me on all of the emails they were sending back and forth. It had nothing to do with my company and everything to do with Velocity. My company responded to them within minutes.

We told them to forget about the windshield and they can hand me the fuse box lid. They indicated they would have everything all done and put back together by 9 pm and we can pick up the truck at that time.

This place sucks big time!! Next time I'll try the Freightliner out in Chandler... Ugh!

Took truck in for chass codes, it 2 days and 1350 ...

Took truck in for chass codes, it 2 days and 1350 dollars later, picked up truck to find same codes showing on dash, drove to cali and back and took right back to shop, mr saul had me sign to get it checked in, got estimate next day for another 834 dollars, apparently they found new faults they couldn't find before, i declined service, but was still charged a 351 diagnostic time, when getting truck i find the stereo still pulled out and backup light sitting on my floor, i don't know if they did that to justify that 351 or just bad service, i think saul is worst service writer ever, they only care about there time not yours, and they will make you pay, other freightliners are more willing to help you make things right instead of charging you again for same diagnostic, dont go here for service, and yes they do take forever to close out work orders , by the way i put new backup light in and took care of codes

I get place 7:00am and they said my truck will be ready at 19:00 and same day but I check back at service I was ready to hit the road but they said my truck is not close to finish. They said it will go overnight I am still here waiting 29 hours letter this place deserves 0 stars I was total for get last time I was here it 2014 spend week and half in the hotel due to the lie they told that time they where keep telling me your truck will ready tonight then night tomorrow morning then tonight continue week and half

Thank you, Velocity, for taking such great care of us as our Renegade Valencia was being repaired. It was so convenient to be able to stay in our RV on site and in such a nice, thoughtfully designed overnight area. A special shoutout to Dave, the body shop manager, for his excellent assistance during our repair process.

Service Department. In 9AM, out 7 PM. Charged 155$ for Express Assessment, nothing else was done in 10 hours. Had to cancel repairs. But... They have a guy that will drive you to the parking lot to pick up your truck on a golf cart! Amazing!!!

Great motorhome service! They have full hookups at no charge. An Rv lounge separate from the trucker's lounge. Service went out of their way to contact Tiffin and get the alignment done under warranty since I had this problem from the start and only 6,000 miles.

Owner operators avoid this place at all costs! We called and they said it was first come first serve. Got there before they opened at 6am.. brought us in at 7am. Only truck there so far... of course "diagnostics"..had a blocked def line... after sitting til after 4pm we asked when will it be done.. service said oh we had to pull the mechanic off yours to work on another truck. You won't be done till tomorrow. Get a hotel room. When my husband went back to truck to get our clothes the mechanic told us he just finished clearing the line and putting everything back together. Done! BUT the service person insisted it wasn't done and told us to get a room and that it would be done tomorrow! We got a room... called this morning and was told "oh, it won't be done til Monday! What a scam!!! We told them get the truck ready, we are leaving!!! Awful place! Everyone in the waiting room was cursing this place, telling horror stories about it, but their company controlled who services their truck. This was at Tolleson shop. I think owner operators are pushed to back burner and they cater to fleet trucks. I think our mechanic was honest but service mgnr was very dishonest... never go back to any Freightliner shops run by this corporation in CA, AZ, NV...

Best freightliner I have ever been to. Excellent service. In and out quickly. Well completed in the time frame they said.. excellent service people. Drivers lounge is very comfortable with nice amenities. Washer and dryer not expensive. Showers clean. Very nice place. Highly recommend

Very happy working, and representing the company with their customers, but sad to have gone through the curruption of EMPLOYEES in higher positions!! They fired me for no fault of my own, the Dispatcher had a problem with my boyfriend, and maid sure I was fired, supervisor, and the warehouse manager new that I had done nothing wrong, just because he wanted me out, and out I was!! I don't know if the owner, or ceo's of this company know what the EMPLOYEES in higher positions do, or if they just don't care about us, because I wasn't the first one, nor was I the last one the treated poorly, sad, sad

Horrible service. I was there for simple oil change. It took them 5 hours to do 30 minutes job. I understand that probably there was a line, but at least do not tell people it's going to take two hours maximum. Also, if caught their " meeting" RUN AWAY. It could take another hour and no one can answer you when they'll be done. Trust me guys, it's not worth it. Two different guys, two different prices for an oil change...

Pleasantly surprised with the experience I had at this Velocity. We came in with a bent cross member on our frame, and from check-in to check-out we were only there about 4 hours. That's unheard of at most dealers and body shops!

Brandon Forbes was the main person we dealt with. He gave us a fair estimate of the cost of having the cross member replaced, but was honest and informed us that the damage on our truck was easily repairable, and suggested instead that we just have the member repaired on site rather than waiting 5 days for the part. I was really impressed that he did that instead of the protocol of milking us for every dollar that we've experienced elsewhere. After a quick repair, I left Velocity feeling like Brandon was someone who had our best interests at heart, which is not the norm at most other Freightliner/Western Star shops.

One of our favorite things was the VERY nice, grassy, fenced-in pet area that our dog really appreciated, complete with doggie waste bags, a trash can, and a shaded bench under a big tree for owners to sit while their pets run, play, and rest.



All-in-all, I'd absolutely return to this Velocity in the future if need be. We only dealt with the body shop side of it, so I can't speak for the service or sales departments, but I would recommend anyone needing body or frame work done to ask for Brandon Forbes. He will treat you fairly and with respect.

Had truck towed in and daytime service writer brandon and night time saul took good care of me, keeping me updated on the status of my rig. Emmet in the shop side took care of a few issues after repairs were made and corrected them while apologizing, and a few others to make things right. Took a few extra days but just glad to have my truck back running and running right.

Went here on June 27. Truck was drinking coolant and coolant became contaminated with some type of oil. Told them it was not engine oil. June 28 they supposedly sent coolant samples to lab. By July 7 they still knew nothing. Took about 20 mins to get someone to answer phone anytime when called. July 11 they replace head gasket. July 12 it's confirmed that coolant is contaminated with transmission oil. Finally get truck back July 15. Avoid this facility at all cost. 18 days of productivity lost for a job that should have been completed in no more than 3 days

Absolutely does not care at all if you have a load or what your issue is. Cant fix anything on the trucks they sell on second shift or the weekends. Absolutely worthless and horrible freightliner dealer.

If they're going to over charge you at least get my truck out fast so I can make the money back.
It only took 2 hrs for them to tell me what was wrong but the person took 3 days for the 1st contact to my warranty company.

This place lies to you. They made me sit outside for nine hours with my dog. They lie and tell you they are working on your truck. They never touched the truck until after second shift started. They get mad when you ask them how long it's going to take. I was cold tired and very irritated after sitting outside all day just for a simple coolant line to be replaced. The service advisor and warranty lady were both rude. I'm dreading taking this truck back to them today. BTW this is a brand new truck we bought from them. We have had nothing but one issue after another with this new truck.

Great dealership, parts and service both open late which is convenient. Communication from the service department is fantastic, they will email you with updates as they come in. Also my service advisor JR Wayne Gillow is top notch. I highly recommend this place.

I definitely agree with many others here. If 0 stars was an option, I d be selecting that.

I ve used this place to service my diesel pusher motorhome before. After receiving the invoice, I can see how they have managed to build such a nice facility.

Anyhooo, called Friday to see if I could get them to scan my diesel pusher as it has an issue. They said later Friday or Monday. I roll in Monday, per the phone call, to be told by Kirk the RV service manager, that his tech s are too busy. Thanks Kirk, but that s WHY I CALLED! Thanks for the 1hr 20min drive for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Brought my new truck for recalls, when was picking up heard noise that wan't there before the recalls, they diagnosed for 290$ found broken air hose, that was crated while the unit was at their shop. It cost me 900$ to fix it. Will stay away from this place in the future.

I m a tow truck driver and I move trucks here from time to time. There hasn t been a time where I ve waited less than 20 min to be helped. ALL other dealers have me dropping off within 5 minutes of my arrival. The customer service here is horrible. I would not recommend velocity

If zero stars was an option, I would choose zero.
Long wait times and an extremely rude female parts person.
After waiting over 30 minutes in line, she said "we're open til midnight. Come back later or stand in line and wait" when I suggested they needed more parts counter personnel.
If I didn't have some many Freightliner trucks, I assure you I WOULD NEVER go there again.

Also, their service writer I dealt with needs a lesson in customer service. If I caught my employees behaving like these people, I'd be working on an exit plan for them. I definitely would not want my employees representing me and my company like they do.

I really do not understand the 1 star ratings. I have taken my RV to this facility 3 times in the last year. Different issues I was having that were not related to the service received. I have been treated with nothing but respect and the job was completed within the time stated. Appointments were very reasonable to get. Kirk in the RV division is great. He communicates what the issues are and have it fixed. Done!

I had a horrible experience with the service department. Paid an arm and a leg to get the truck fixed. They nevered fixed the problem with the truck. They wanted to charge me more money to fix it. They should have fixed it right in the frist place.shame on you

I stopped in and needed, at least I thought I needed a plug for my differential. I talked to parts guy Eli. He actually came out and looked at my truck. Figured out that oil change guy didn't put it back, because he stripped out my fitting. Eli went in got my new part and actually put in for me.. could not of asked for better customer service. Many Thanks to Eli.!

Don't know yet there so many bad reviews but mine was good 2016 Truck would shut off while driving took it to Bakersfield ca 8hrs left got 80 miles did it again got to hear and check in at 7 am done by 1 and it's fix good job
