Came in at 8:30am and still here at 8:30pm...to ha...

Came in at 8:30am and still here at 8:30pm...to have four batteries replaced under warranty. That's not the worst part...the lack of communication during the process is lacking. The preach "Whatever it takes" but sadly seems very much less. The driver lounge is comfy, but I'd much rather be earning money, not wasting it on vending machines!

Edit: The delay for the warranty wasn't the fault of the service department. That was an internal error on our part. So we are out the door and headed to our next port of Call!
