Finding a mortgage as a contractor was the most stressful and disappointing experience ever until I called Andrew Saunders. I tried 5 brokers and they all said they could help and all let me down. Andrew said he could help, I was nervous and didn't believe him, he appeased all my worries and was always on hand for my questions. He secured me a mortgage overnight and I had a mortgage approved within a week. Dealing with Andrew was a pleasure and it was certainly worth paying the fee. I was looking for a contractor mortgage but have a slightly unusual set of circumstances in that I live in the UK but contract in the EU, paid in Euros. Neetesh took the time to explain what the potential issues and which lenders would lend to me and which wouldn't based on my circumstances. WOW not really sure where to start, I found freelancer financials online as I needed a broker that knew about limited company s and zero hour contracts, so I rang them and was put through to George well I m so pleased I did !! I had a list of questions as long as my arm and he spent at least an hour answering them all and explaining how he could help me I wasn t quite ready to apply for my mortgage yet so he sent me all the relevant information and told me if I had anymore question to call him.

After a stressful day trying to secure a mortgage with our current lender and with two decisions in principle from them - the final word of advise from the mortgage advisor was have you considered a specialist contractor mortgage advisor. Nudim and June were a pleasure to work with. I had visited 3 independent mortgage advisors prior to Freelancer Financials and essentially had wasted my time. Nudim was extremely efficient and knowledgeable at achieving what I had asked him to do for me.
When the solicitors appointed by Nationwide failed to complete on the completion day. As a contractor, prior to calling freelancer financials I tried to go alone, calling all of the main banks, other mortgage advisers and brokers. None of the them gave me any consideration. A quick state of their policy and T&Cs, how my situation fell outside of their policy and a "sorry, please call back in one year+". I called Freelancer Financials. In the back of my mind that the arrangement fee would be steep, especially if I were to fail the application.

I would rate Freelancer Financials nothing less then 5 STAR. Especially since meeting Mr. Nudim Akhtar and having dealt with him for 5 months (April to August 2017), I have had an unique customer satisfaction experience. The highest feature of a personalized service in my opinion. I liked the pro-active nature of "chasing me up, rather than me following up" as the best experience. Later when Nudim went on a 2 week vacation, he handed us over to June Sullivan who was phenomenal in her closing and communication. At the end we achieved exactly what we we desired from the start.
