Me and my wife have tried to get our remortgage by calling and personally visiting to so many (more than 20) financial advisors. We were searching for remortgage from June till mid of September this year, all our efforts went in vain and we lost all hope for remortgage as none of them were able to help us.

Mr Andrew Saunders returned my call almost immediately after I speculatively contacted Freelancer Financials to find out if I was worthy of a mortgage loan. Now, up till that phone call I was not even sure of my status in my work place, that is how complicated my situation was. To summaries briefly; I am a contractor caught by IR35, and was been paid through paye with some interesting information on my payslips I never questioned.
I knew my circumstance was complicated which held me back from applying for a mortgage but I am glad I made that phone call. Andrew was patient and tolerated my maze with professionalism. We are a fulltime working couple. One with a permanent contract and the other with a limited company. After having conversations with several brokers that did not know how to handle our situation and how to request a mortgage based on our incomes we found Freelancer Financials.
