I was looking for a contractor mortgage but have a slightly unusual set of circumstances in that I live in the UK but contract in the EU, paid in Euros. Neetesh took the time to explain what the potential issues and which lenders would lend to me and which wouldn't based on my circumstances. He also gave advice on how to maximize my chances of securing a mortgage before applying. Due to this approach my application was successful and I was very happy with how FF handled the transaction. They were very communicative and kept me informed along the way as well as being very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
