Thanks to Roger Hogg and June Sullivan they made mortgage application process straight forward.

As a contractor, prior to calling freelancer financials I tried to go alone, calling all of the main banks, other mortgage advisers and brokers. None of the them gave me any consideration. A quick state of their policy and T&Cs, how my situation fell outside of their policy and a "sorry, please call back in one year+". I called Freelancer Financials. In the back of my mind that the arrangement fee would be steep, especially if I were to fail the application.

A few weeks later, after a filling one form, handing over a few documents to prove my ID and earnings..... I was landed with an approved offer from one of the big high street banks that had rejected me outright in the first place, with a superb rate.

I can go only give 5 stars at June and Roger for taking away the stress and complexity of applying for a mortgage. Thanks!
