Good management work environment is also great and the best part about I place is I never experienced getting up in the morning and saying oh God have to go to office it was that good experience with me managers and team leads are cooperative and good. iPlace - The best organization to work for!

Pros: iPlace is a really great company to work with. I have been here for over 5 years and every day is an exciting challenge that I love to undertake. The company gives its all for the employees and I could not be happier in sticking around with this organization

Cons:
Cant think of any at the moment.

One of the best companies to work for. As compared to my previous employers, iPlace is one of the best i have come across and it gives me great pleasure to be a part of this family.

PROS:

- Excellent work culture
- Great scope of learning
- Open Door Policy
- Superb incentive structure
- Young and dynamic team

CONS:

- No cafeteria services for people working in Pacific shift
- No chance of lateral growth
- Lack of experienced management shows up in some situations

ADVICE TO MGMT:

To be the best place to work, you have to take a huge step from good to great and this will require the management to realise and work for what's best for all the employees and not just a specific set of people. Identification of hard working and smart workers is a necessity to keep those people motivated and producing. Numbers and data does not always point at the right direction.

Very friendly, learning and challenging environment to work in. Great work life balance. An employee friendly organisation where each employee has great opportunity to learn, grow and earn. The company maintains an open door policy and does what is right, not easy

A recruting company (US market only) opens from 10:30am till 0430am. (Monday to Saturday)

Nor could Kafka conceive such a model of Kafkaesque service. A store with at least 7 attendants standing still, it is still necessary to set a time to be answered to tell you the time needed to change a Mac battery.

Stick to your work, keep doing what you do best. That's it. iPlace would be great.
Involve yourself in petty politics, take smoke breaks often, have a chalta hai attitude and done iPlace would be even more great but your future won't

My experience has been great. I have received a lot of support from the senior management. Professional yet friendly environment, fixed weekends off, salary arrives on time, a great work-life balance and culture. There is rarely a boring day at work. In short its total job satisfaction!

Such an honest company. I worked there for about 4 months and in between did an independent project not related to sourcing. Later I realised that they pay extra for doing such projects on per hour basis. And to my surprise they gave me that money with my full and final payment. I have seriously learnt how a corporate should treat it's employee over there and such honesty is always respected

The best part is, for occasions like Diwali and Christmas, the finance department ensures that we get our salaries beforehand so that we can enjoy the festivals with our family and friends.
