I have used Freelancer Financials - and more specifically Andrew Saunders - on a number of occasions now and I wanted to publicly endorse Andrew and his colleague Leanie (who helped enormously at crucial periods of the process).

Rarely you come across people who have a passion for their work coupled with an innate drive to want to help others. You will definitely get this with Andrew. I came across Freelancer Financials by chance but I hope anyone reading this review and needing the relevant services definitely gives Andrew an opportunity to impress.

Our experience with Freelancer Financials was exceptional and a welcome relief after trying to hunt around for a broker who understood our needs.
I don't often give reviews, but in this case I feel it is justly deserved to publicly acknowledge what an outstanding service we received. We initially dealt with Roger Hogg who, despite me being out of the country at the time, managed to get the ball rolling with the limited amount of information I could provide at that time. Within 2 days he had secured a decision in principle. Having discussed the mortgage options available, we agreed on a package and pushed forward the application. Roger informed me of the approximate timescales involved and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed, Roger has a very calm, relaxed manner which was a welcome relief from the stresses that moving house can bring. I always felt that here was someone who genuinely wanted to help me secure the right product. He always rang when he promised, with emails to follow the discussion. Excellent.

Freelancer Financials (Andrew Saunders in particular) are fantastic. I had trouble getting a mortgage with anyone due to my status as a contractor. I had tried numerous companies and none were successful. Once I got in touch with Freelancer Financials, Andrew secured me a mortgage in principal within a couple of days. My mortgage was completed within 6 weeks and a lot of the hold up was on my end. I have since been in touch with Andrew when my fixed rate ended and he secured me a brilliant deal on a product transfer for another fixed rate.

The service provided is second to none, nothing is too much to ask of Andrew. I have referred 4 or 5 people to Andrew now and they have all agreed the service is great.

As an IT Contractor, When I was looking for a mortgage I came across a thread in a Contractor forum where Freelancer financials were recommended a few times.
I decided to give them a ring to see if they could help be obtain an agreement in principal. The process was explained to me clearly from the start especially the fees they charge for their service. Once all information and document requested were exchanged there was a quick tunaround on an agreement in principle from a vendor. Since then, the service I have received from my mortgage brokers (Shiv and Pramila) have been outstanding. I would highly recommend Freelancer financials.

Simply brilliant. Being self-employed with adverse credit, a mortgage offer was always going to be difficult to come by. Nudim Akhtar went an extra mile to secure a mortgage for me both times I went through a house buying process. My case was never straight forward - I am a contractor who has chosen difficult to purchase houses - non-standard construction once, new build later.

My lender options were restricted, but Nudim managed to get me a very good rate both times. I have found that Nudim is an expert in this field and can help with any queries, even if they are not always directly related to a mortgage. He is very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
