These guys helped us secure a mortgage 4 years ago, then helped us re-mortgage twice. They know their stuff, have good reasons for recommending certain products over others and have been worth paying the fees to. Would certainly recommend if you're freelancing or contracting and have lumpy incomes like my husband and I did.
