Remortgaged through Andrew Saunders at Freelancer Financials. Andrew managed to find a good product that suited my circumstances. Through using them as a broker, I was able to start on a lower rate sooner than expected, and obtained a product that I initially didn't think I would be eligible for. Duncan and his team helped my partner and I secure a mortgage for our first home. He gave a really personal touch to this process by speaking to me at length from the very beginning about his organisation and how they approach this process. Duncan did a fantastic job of getting us our mortgage. We were in a bit of an unusual situation, not had our current jobs very long. I stumbled on Elaine and company purely by chance on a Google search. It was a last ditch attempt to get a let to buy mortgage and an onward purchase of a residential property. We had used a brilliant Mortgage broker who had worked tirelessly to find us a good deal but he kept coming up against a brick wall when it came to my salary. I am a Social Worker and use an umbrella company for my salary. However I soon realised that many banks don't calculate my salary the way I actually get paid. Can't recommend Freelancer Financials highly enough. After using a different but similar contracting mortgage adviser, I was offered quite a low amount with a relatively high interest rate. I was myself recommended by a colleague to try Duncan s services in finding a suitable mortgage as a contractor who had been overseas for several years and just returned to the UK. I engaged with Duncan to broker a mortgage for me based on my day rate income as a contractor. Duncan was professional throughout the application process and was available at any time, day or night, if I had any questions. Duncan was quick to propose a suitable lender and was clear in projecting the monthly cost based on a sliding scale of deposit vs. interest rate. Duncan took care of the application process once I had supplied all of my details and acted as intermediary between myself and the underwriter if any questions came back throughout the process. Ultimately the application was approved and I m more than happy with the service that Duncan and his team provided. I d also like to add that Freelancer Financials are half the cost of other brokers I had researched to progress my application.

Not only did she get us a great mortgage deal, Natasha were supportive throughout the entire process - even helping us to finally exchange after several attempts.

Due to a series of errors by our buyers' solicitors, when trying to arrange our 4th attempt at exchange (over a period of 2 months) the chain was given only 36 hours in which to get everything ready for exchange (this can usually take up to 5 days).
