I love my bike, but it shouldn't take four hours to purchase something (especially with a down payment in hand). It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership (look at my other reviews if you're curious), but it still lacked a lot. Keep in mind this was a few months ago, so I'm not sure if anything has changed recently.

I ended up getting severely stressed out from the process being dragged out so long and having products/services pushed on me multiple times before I even got my bike. I didn't even know if the loan was going to go through yet. In fact, the entire ordeal wouldn't have taken so long if every one of the numerous people we talked to actually tried to give us legitimate updates throughout our time there. Instead, we heard "let me go ask [this person]", 15 - 30 minutes would pass by, and we'd see the person we just talked to walking around the dealership like the prior exchange hadn't even taken place. Rinse and repeat. I didn't even want to post this review because I idolized this place as a teenager, but it is a dealership and those all tend to have the same quality of service.

As far as their selection goes, it's great. It's the only place in the area (that I'm aware of) with all of the major sportbike manufacturers present. I think it's a really neat place, but I think it's not ran very well and it's populated by some really rude people, whom I encountered on other visits. The girl I talked to as I was leaving (I forgot her name, apologies) was a sweetheart, though. She suggested a sportbike group that I could join and cruise with other women in the area. Kudos for that. It was neat that she posted my first real moment with my first bike. Without her and the guy who instructed us on strapping my bike into our trailer, I would have been far unhappier.

Also, $300+ for frame sliders?!
