Very poor customer service experience with Christoph on the Green Team.

I was looking for a larger truck. I was greeted by Bruce And the whole experience was excellent. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life and this has been by far the best experience I have ever had Buying a vehicle hands down. I highly recommend this dealership. Jack the manager was great! That have a great group working there, they are all very friendly.

Let's see, I was shopping for a Fusion and came across one that was 10 years old but only had 42,000 Miles on it, I was interested so I made the drive to Fred Beans. I liked the car and we agreed on a price, that's where the positive ends, I drove it around 100 miles and the engine blew up, literally left me sitting. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the Dealership only charged me $500 for a replacement engine that they found. Since then, less than a year, Ive had to change brakes all the way around, wipers, belt tensioner, belt, passenger side axle tie rod ends and discovered that there is a cut on the dash where the air bag could have been replaced. Just giving an honest review and would watch what I'm buying there. Looking back I think they should have just given me my money back and looked for something else. I know they aren't responsible for a 10 year old car after it drives off the lot, but I just thought it was shady, probably wouldn't buy another car at Fred Beans.

I have my Navigator serviced at Fred Beans West Chester on a regular basis. They are extremely accommodating and professional. I arrive there late a couple times for my appointments and it is never a problem. Can't say anything bad about them. From the first time I brought my car there I felt like I was family.

Do not buy a used truck from this dealer..they sold me a lemon bought my 2010 Nissan frontier and took it off the lot it broke down 2 days later , brought it back after raising hell and they fixed the issues only because I was furious and refused to let it go and went up the ladder the inspection was obviously a joke because it needed a catalytic converter. I have had nothing but issues with my truck and now my other catalytic converter went ,electrical system is jacked up, cruise control doesnt work..

Bunch of scam artists. Lied about features of car to get us to come to dealership. A week in half of owning the car we re already having major troubles. Rude and only out for your money. I had a very good experience with the sale of my new 2015 ford f150 truck. After I put 900 miles on the brand new tires the one goodyear front tire had the tread coming out of it and I took it back up there to get it replaced. I was told I would have to buy a new tire at 170 dollars and then go fourth and try to get my warranty money from a goodyear deal. I then called goodyear and they told me if the dealer sells goodyear tires then could do the warranty replacement at the dealer. I got a claim number my self and even asked the dealer to call the tire company but the ball feel short and now I am 170 dollars less in a new tire that should have been replaced under warranty but the dealer could not take the time to finish the process. If you are going to sell a product you should be able to warranty it as well. My rating could change if the problem didn't fall on me to finish now.

I get my car inspected there they are good people who always find time to get me in. A+

Our salesman Logan was great, but the used car manager tried ripping us off on our Trade-in, we went down the street to Pacifico Ford and got the Explorer Limited we wanted and $4000, more for our trade then Beans offered.

Joy was a very helpful salesperson, and she went out of her way to stay in touch with us and make sure we could see the vehicles in which we were interested. Scott really helped make the experience...he went out of his way to give us the best deal that he could, was very informative, and looked out for our best interests! We're very happy with our first Fred Beans experience.

I purchased a CPO vehicle yesterday at Fred Beans. It was a truly pleasant experience. The salesman, Steve, was friendly and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the fully loaded automobile. He made the test drive fun. No high pressure which is what I generally expect when I walk into a dealership. Similarly, his manager, Scott, was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. He patiently walked me through the entire transaction, explaining options and providing good advice. He seemed very interested in what was best for me. He even got me a better rate at one of their participating banks which offset the cost of the extended warranty that I wanted due to all of the electronics in the myriad of optional packages included. Their value added consultative service made the whole experience a pleasure. I'm looking forward to long and satisfying relationship with Fred Beans as a result.

Ford Tough! Too Bad for You!!
Bought a used Ford F150 from This dealer. 3 months after the purchased, I complained about an unintended down shift in the transmission that happened while driving. The dealer refused to fix the problem or acknowledge it. Strange that there was a recall on the precise problem for 400,000 trucks , for that model truck, that year, from the same plant? Also, the recall stated the fault may not show up on diagnostics, but there was a fix for that as well.
Mysteriously, MY Vin number was not included in the recall! Wait!!! What???
After speaking to Ford corporate, who sent me to NHTSA , and filing a complaint with PA Attorney General Office, I was kicked to the curb and out of the dealership, I was scared to death driving this truck,,,Too Bad for you!
Suddenly 2 years later I get a letter that my Vin number is included, with exact problem worded from the previous recall.!! Why??? Because people are crashing in this truck! ?
This dealer was well aware of this problem and refused on several occasions to help a repeat customer, to Ford and this dealership.
I would never buy from this dealer or Ford and would warn anyone to steer clear of Ford products, Unless you want to be a crash dummy.
With a new younger emerging buying market, who have so many options to buy, Ford is foolish and behind the times. Ford Tough, Fred Beans , the worse in customer satisfaction and community responsibility and doesn't care about their customers who buy their product.

Called and made a appointment for Friday morning at 8am. Now, two hours later they call me back and say that they can't get me in til next Thursday. I informed them that I had already made my appointment. They said that the person who made that appointment didn't know what she was doing and that they couldn't get me in until next Thursday. Not once did they say, sorry, or that they would try to accommodate me after their error.
If your staff is that unorganized and that unprofessional I would NEVER bring my car to your business. WHAT A JOKE!!!

They exceeded all expectations. It was great that there was no need to haggle or argue price because they were not only fair but didn't hide anything. I felt like he went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. He also kept my best interest at heart. I would absolutely refer any of my friends or family to him, because I know he will be honest and he will go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. Shopping and buying a car is a tedious process but Muhammad definitely made the process easier.
