Interview went great then it went downhill. I was needing off for my son's wedding and was given the time. Unfortunately I had dental work and got a terrible infection. They reported I had missed a whole wk which was incorrect. I missed 2 days and had the wknd off for my sons wedding. I was miserable through the wknd bc of the infection and called in to say I needed to go back to the Dr and was told ok, they understood, only to get a call a few hrs later and told I was terminated. The things that were discussed during the interview were not the case when I started. I was told the opposite after my 1st day. I'll never recommend this company to anyone. Poor management and communication breakdown. I can see why ppl leave their company now.
Same as other reviews. Told the complete opposite on day one. Very unprofessional. They let anyone work there no prior experience necessary. Which in some cases are exceptable, but not when your in charge of 100+ people. Before I was terminated for no apparent reason a lady was terminated for being pregnant. Yes. Just for actually being pregnant. Tammy the "lead supervisor" exact words were 'your pregnant, we don't need you anymore." The lady could have still worked there. Even being pregnant. All she did was file papers and make schedules. Very easy work even for someone pregnant. Tammy did have her favorites though. And they were kept as long as EHD had there contract out the 4th but for obvious reasons contract is no longer valid. Just as the others say I wouldn't recommend this company.
